Research On The Development Strategy Of Service Military Civilian Integration Of CNPC M Company

Taking the road of military civilian integration is an important strategic policy for China's national construction,national defense and military construction under the new situation.It is mainly to integrate the construction of our national defense forces into the overall situation of national economic construction,so as to facilitate the overall planning of our national defense resources and social resources,establish a system of scientific research and production of weapons and equipment,personnel training and logistics support for the combination of the military and the people and the integration of the military and the people,so as to promote the compatible development of civil technology and local talents of the military,and achieve a high degree of unity between a strong military and a rich country.Therefore,promoting the development of military civilian integration is of great practical significance to the national defense economy and social economy of our country.In March12,2015,general secretary Xi Jinping was the first China General Assembly to promote China's national strategy and promote the development of military and civilian integration with Chinese characteristics for the first time at the three plenary session of the twelve National People's Congress.However,due to the late time of promoting the national development strategy of civil military integration and the lack of in-depth understanding of civil military integration by some social enterprises,the breadth and depth of enterprises' services for civil military integration are limited.China's oil sales companies are the same.As a state-owned enterprise with capital advantage,oil sales companies also have the demand to develop and expand by using the technology of military to civilian transfer.However,due to the lack of a clear understanding of the impact of military to civilian integration on the future earnings of oil companies from the perspective of military to civilian integration development strategy,oil sales companies will lack sustained economic growth and competitiveness.Therefore,the development strategy of military civilian integration in the fields of economy,science and technology,education and talents has become a key problem to be solved.This paper takes CNPC M company(hereinafter referred to as "M company")as an example to study the development strategy of civil military integration.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance of the military civilian integration development strategy,analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the militarycivilian integration development strategy,and points out the relevant research content and research methods.Secondly,it combs the related concepts and theoretical basis of the military civilian integration development strategy.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation of M company's civil military integration and the strategic internal and external environment analysis.Finally,on the basis of analysis,this paper puts forward the effective guarantee measures for M company to implement the military civilian integration development strategy.These measures are also useful reference for the same type of company to serve the military civilian integration.
