With the rapid development of science and technology,great changes have taken place in petroleum,chemical industry and other industries.New products,new processes and the scale of production units are constantly expanding.With the development of the industry,some new problems arise,which pose new challenges to safety production.Petroleum chemical industry,which is flammable and explosive,has the high probabilityof accidents and the serious consequences.Chemical process safety management(PSM),Its purpose is to ensure the safe design and operation of process facilities in petrochemical,chemical and other dangerous industries.It adopts different ways to identify the existing hazards and assess the frequency and consequences of the possible accidents caused by the hazards.Based on this,it tries to eliminate the hazards to avoid accidents or reduce the hazards Possible consequences of harm.PSM plays an important role in ensuring the safety production of petrochemical,chemical and other dangerous enterprises,and is an important part of daily management of petrochemical enterprises.Based on the research background and research status of this paper,the research direction and research goals of this paper are further proposed.Through the introduction and analysis of the existing HSE safety management system of Zhejiang Yisheng Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.It is found that the company’s safety management mode is relatively single and not targeted,lacking in risk identification,risk analysis and loss control.The main content of this study is about risk assessment and requirements analysis of essential elements in PSMmanagement,based on the risk of process safety management.PSM is one of the best tools to integrate internal resources,establish a good operation mechanism and realize self discovery,self correction and self perfection.Under this background Based on the process safety management of petrochemical enterprises,.By comparing with the difference,It points out the advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward suggestions and measures for further improvement,so as to facilitate the targeted improvement and promotion of enterprises.
