At the same time, the development of the clothing CAD/CAM technology,prompting the development of clothing pattern automatical and quick generationtechnology, and the traditional manual pattern modification’s technology is more and morenot satisfy the technology of pattern quickly generated.When researching the clothingcustomization system of the specific population demand, the subdivision of bodyclassification and the increment of template types have brought the huger data, andincrease workload of the later data processing. So how to simplify the shape analysis, torealize the rapid generation of personalized pattern is one of the key problems in theprocess of intelligent clothing customization. This topic will be in a new way to avoid bodysize classification, directly based on the national standards GB/T1335-2008, making thesize of human key control part match the size designation and finding these sizes belong towhat size design, the key part which is determined by combining with the pattern structuredesign. And then extract the pattern contour of the corresponding shape from a series ofpattern to reconstruct, so as to realize individual pattern which satisfy personal sizegenerated.In this study to initially realize the pattern intelligent generation, apply the apparelCAD software to patternmaking and grading, and fitting to the template. Theory part isexpounded the body shape characteristics, the principle of clothing shape design and theconventional methods of clothing template manual correction in the custom. The paperbased on the shirt pattern structure design to determine the required individual key controlpart of the template to generate. Through the clothes size classification of the key parts ofthe body size complete personality pattern composition analysis, and for the method of the clothes size classification provide the theoretical foundation. During the patternreconstruction experiments of the male and female shirt, this paper has designed two kindsof fitting processing method, and through the experimental data of reconstructionexperiments find the rule. In the early, add the experiment on the basis of experiment, andprocess the obtained data by SPSS16.0. Finally, get the relation of function for the shirtreconstruction experiments.Through the above research, obtains the experimental principle and the method ofreconstitution and fitting experiment based on a series of shape silhouette pattern, and thefunction relationship in the experiment. These research results establish the new theory andbasis for quickly generating the personalized pattern based on series of pattern in size.
