At present,the rapid development of Chinese machinery manufacturing industry,but the extensive processing and manufacturing mode is still widespread.With the increasingly serious problem of energy and environment,green manufacturing has become the development demand of machinery manufacturing industry.Workshop energy saving is one of the effective ways to realize green manufacturing in machinery manufacturing industry.Energy consumption of machine tools in the idle state is an important component of unnecessary energy consumption of machine manufacturing workshop.It is generally produced by oversupply of auxiliary parts in idle state.It is of great significance to optimize the energy consumption composition of machine tools in the idle state and carry out the green schedule optimization to realize the energy saving in the machinery manufacturing workshop.In this study,the power states and energy consumption components of NC machine tools are analyzed.By optimizing the energy consumption components of NC machine tools in the idle mode,the Ultra-low Idle mode of NC machine tools is introduced to reduce the energy consumption of NC machine tools in the idle state.And the Ultra-low Idle mode is applied to the production schedule of job shop.The green schedule of job shop with Ultra-low Idle mode is mainly studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)In view of the complex operation process of NC machine tools,the power of each mode of NC machine tools is analyzed.The energy consumption composition of NC machine tools in the processing mode,the idle mode and the Ultra-low Idle mode is analyzed,and the energy consumption phase of NC machine tools is divided.According to the power characteristics of the idle mode and the Ultra-low Idle mode of NC machine tools with different structures,the power of these two modes of NC machine tools is classified and statistically analyzed.The data related to the energy consumption of different NC machine tools are collected for the power statistics of each mode to support the energy consumption statistics of job shop.(2)A green schedule model considering processing mode,idle mode and Ultra-low Idle mode is constructed for the job shop with Ultra-low Idle mode.The Ultra-low Idle mode makes schedule go beyond the limitation of traditional job shop schedule problem model.In this study,a job shop problem model with Ultra-low Idle mode is established,and the problem hypothesis and constraints are proposed.Design the time task model of schedule time of production task,and determine the start and completion time of each job in the job shop.The energy consumption statistical model was built for green schedule optimization.(3)Based on the green schedule model,an energy saving schedule optimization model with energy consumption as the optimization index is established.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the schedule problem.System design energy saving schedule algorithm coding and decoding,genetic operators,population update iteration,optimization strategy and other operational processes.The energy saving scheduling algorithm is used to solve the experimental cases,and the potential of saving energy consumption in idle state of job shop by Ultra-low Idle mode is analyzed.Based on the green scheduling model,a green schedule optimization model with energy consumption and process time as optimization indexes is established.System design operation flow of multi-objective schedule optimization model based on NSGA ?.The effectiveness of the multi-objective schedule optimization model is analyzed by case verification.
