Study On Wetland Structure And Protection Planning In Jinzhai County

Wetlands have extremely important ecological,economic,and scientific research values,and play an important role in maintaining ecological balance,protecting biodiversity,storing floods and preventing waterlogging,conserving water sources,and degrading pollution.With the development of social economy,the resources and structure of wetlands have undergone obvious changes,and the protection of wetlands faces many problems.In order to understand the current situation of the wetlands in Jinzhai County,the problems faced and to scientifically compile the wetland protection plan for Jinzhai County,this article uses the remote sensing images of Jinzhai County during the high water season of2018 as the data source,and refers to the wetland resource data of Jinzhai County(2010),With the support of GIS technology,according to the national wetland zoning standards for wetland patch zoning and verification,to establish a wetland patch space and attribute database;select three sets of quantitative indicators of wetland patch structure characteristics,namely patch feature index,patch Pattern index and patch spatial configuration index,analyze the wetland structure of Jinzhai County,and then prepare the wetland protection plan of Jinzhai County on this basis,the results are as follows:(1)Wetland patches with a wetland area of more than 8.0hm~2(including 8.0hm~2)and river wetland patches with a width of more than 10m and a length of more than 5km in Jinzhai County total 87,with a total area of 15998.4hm~2,of which,artificial wetland patches There are 12 in total,with a total area of 11376.0hm~2,which is the dominant wetland type in Jinzhai County,mainly distributed in the middle and east of Jinzhai County;a total of 75 natural wetland patches,with a total area of 4622.4hm~2,are mainly distributed in Jinzhai County In the south,a small part is distributed in the northeast.(2)The basic configuration of wetlands in Jinzhai County is dominated by large patches,and the structural integrity is good.Natural wetlands are less disturbed by humans and better protect wetland biodiversity.Constructed wetland plaques are relatively complete and beneficial to people's production and life.In the wetland plaque type system,the wetland plaque diversity index is close to the maximum plaque diversity index.,Indicating that the difference in the proportion of wetland plaques is small,and the diversity index of each wetland plaque is low,indicating that the difference in the proportion of wetland plaques is large,so the distribution of wetland plaques is uneven;the whole area is broken The chemical index is relatively low,the integrity of wetland patches is good,and the degree of fragmentation of constructed wetlands is the lowest.It is related to the formation of large wetland patches by artificially constructed reservoirs.The fragmentation index of natural wetlands is not high,and the extent of wetland patches is affected by human activities Low;the patch gap index between wetland patches is relatively low,so the concentration of wetland patches is not high.The above results indicate that Jinzhai County has begun to attach importance to the management and development of wetlands and has achieved certain results,but it also reflects the lack of attention to wetlands in human daily life and the lack of reasonable planning for the development and utilization of wetland resources,resulting in significant differences in wetland structure index In turn,the resistance of the wetland to external disturbances is reduced.(3)Through reading a large number of documents and relevant laws and regulations,comprehensively considering multiple higher-level plans and wetland structure analysis,carry out Jinzhai County wetland protection planning.In terms of time,2018-2021 will be designated as the short term,and 2021-2025 as the medium term,and 2026-2030 as the long term.Wetland protection planning mainly starts with overall layout planning,wetland protection system planning,wetland management system planning,etc.The overall goal is to comprehensively improve the condition of the wetland,create an excellent wetland environment,achieve a good wetland ecological environment,live in harmony with nature,and beautiful Jinzhai.Wetlands in Jinzhai County are divided into wetland areas of the Yangtze River,mountainous rivers,Shihe city,hilly plains,wetlands,Meishan Reservoir,mountainous reservoir and pond wetlands,Xianghongdian Reservoir,mountainous reservoir and pond wetlands,upstream of Meishan Reservoir,mountainous rivers,Mountain river wet area upstream of Xianghongdian Reservoir.Wetland protection system planning divides provincial-level important wetlands and general wetland secondary protection systems,demarcates wetland red lines,establishes wetland natural protection areas,wetland parks,drinking water source protection areas according to relevant standards,and carries out
