In recent years,studies on the use of natural cold sources for internal circulation temperature-controlled grain storage have gradually increased,and the common internal circulation methods are full-bin internal circulation and sub-membrane internal circulation,and the temperature control effect is better,but the current two methods There are few comparative studies.This article innovatively compares the effects of temperature and humidity control,pest suppression,grain quality change and economic benefit analysis of different grains(wheat and corn)under conventional storage,sub-membrane internal circulation and full-bin internal circulation grain storage technologies.To study the temperature-controlled grain storage of the large warehouse in the grain depot in the western region of Inner Mongolia,and to explore the best internal circulation temperature control model for the large span and large warehouse in the low-temperature dry ecological grain storage area.The research conclusions obtained are as follows::(?)The effect of circulation in the whole warehouse on the temperature of the warehouse is most obvious.The temperature of the circulation in the whole warehouse of wheat and corn is maintained in the range of 20 ? 23 ° C.The effects of the circulation inside the membrane and conventional storage on the temperature of the warehouse are not obvious.The internal circulation of wheat and the temperature of conventional storage bins reached26 ° C and 26.8 ° C,respectively,and that of corn reached 26.2 ° C and 25 ° C,respectively.From high to low,the increasing range of average grain temperature in the grain pile is in the order of circulation in the whole bin > circulation under the film > conventional storage.The average grain temperature rise of wheat in conventional storage,inner circulation under membrane and inner circulation in the whole warehouse were 6.0 ?,6.5 ? and 8.6 ?,respectively.The average grain temperature rise of corn in conventional storage,inner circulation under membrane and inner circulation was 8.2 ?,9.3 ? and 12.1 ?respectively.The control effect of the three storage methods on the grain temperature of the upper layer and the middle upper layer of the grain pile from the good to the bad is in the order of the circulation under the film > the circulation in the whole bin > the conventionalstorage,and the control effect on the grain temperature of the middle lower layer and the lower layer is in the order of the conventional storage > the circulation under the film > the circulation in the whole bin.(?)The internal circulation of the whole warehouse can effectively control the humidity of the warehouse,and the internal circulation under the membrane and conventional storage have no obvious control effect.The internal circulation of the whole warehouse,the internal circulation of the membrane and the wheat warehouse of the conventional storage warehouse are in the range of 16.9% ? 30%,38% ? 50%,and 40% ?50%,respectively.The internal circulation of the whole warehouse,the internal circulation of the membrane and the corn warehouse of the conventional storage warehouse are in the ranges of 19.8% ? 30%,42% ? 52.1%,and 42% ? 55%,respectively.The latter two temperature control methods have no obvious effect on the humidity of the warehouse.Control effect.(?)The effect of the three storage methods on the reduction of grain moisture content in the surface layer of grain pile is the best under membrane circulation,followed by the circulation in the whole bin,and the worst in conventional storage.The decrease range of surface grain water in the wheat storehouse with the circulation under the film and in the whole storehouse was 0.25% and 0.20% respectively,and the increase range of surface grain water in the conventional storehouse was 0.23%.The decrease range of surface grain water content in the corn storehouse was 0.38% and 0.22% in the circulation under the film and in the whole storehouse respectively,and the increase range of surface grain water content in the wheat storehouse was 0.15% in the conventional storage.(?)During the experiment of grain storage in summer,the wheat and corn silos with the circulation under the film and the circulation in the whole silo all belong to the basic pest free grain grade,while the wheat and corn silos with the conventional storage reach the general pest grain grade and the serious pest grain grade respectively.Both the inner circulation under the film and the inner circulation in the whole bin can make the grain safe in summer and delay the rate of quality deterioration.There was nosignificant decrease in bulk density,germination rate,imperfect grain,taste score,color and odor index of the wheat silos with the inner circulation under the film and the inner circulation under the film;the falling value of the wheat with the inner circulation under the film and the inner circulation under the film increased by 143 s,75s and 84 s respectively;the water absorption of the wheat gluten with the inner circulation under the film and the inner circulation under the film decreased by 49% ?23%?25%?The quality indexes of bulk density,mildewed grain,color and odor of the circulation under the film and the circulation under the film had no obvious change;the increase range of fatty acid value of corn in the circulation under the film was 39 mg / 100 g,18 mg / 100 g and 20 mg / 100 g respectively;the decrease range of the circulation under the film and the circulation under the film was 17,4 and 6 respectively.(?)In terms of economic benefits,the net profits of wheat warehouses with conventional storage,circulation under the film and circulation in the whole warehouse were298000 yuan,681000 yuan and 621000 yuan respectively;the net profits of corn warehouses with conventional storage,circulation under the film and circulation in the whole warehouse were 453000 yuan,788000 yuan and 785000 yuan respectively.Therefore,the economic benefits brought by the circulation under the membrane and the circulation in the whole silo are close,which are much higher than the conventional storage.(?)It is feasible to store wheat and corn in a large warehouse in low temperature and dry ecological grain storage area.Two kinds of internal circulation modes can effectively inhibit the growth of insects and slow down the rate of food quality deterioration.Among them,the effect of internal circulation in the whole warehouse is more prominent in controlling the temperature,humidity and pest booklice.The effect of internal circulation under the membrane is more prominent in maintaining the surface grain moisture content and the average grain temperature,but the internal circulation under the membrane is not conducive to the mechanized operation of grain storage,and the effect of internal circulation under the membrane and the internal circulation under the membrane is more prominent The circulation pipeline is easy to condense,and it is difficult to detect the grain situation,sothere is a big potential safety hazard.In view of the sufficient cold source in Bayannur area,after heat insulation and airtight treatment of the warehouse in time,the cooling capacity is enough to meet the needs of summer,so the two kinds of grain choose the whole bin inner circulation technology as the optimal storage mode.
