In recent years,the market of waterborne epoxy flooring in china has developed rapidly.The curing agent as an important fundamental component of epoxy floor system has been widely concerned.However,most of the waterborne curing agent market is occupied by foreign products,and domestic bottom,middle and surface coating flooring products are not mature,emulsification performance is poor.Waterborne curing agent can stabilize the emulsifying epoxy resin in water only its excellent emulsification performance,and the two components can fully contact and completely cure during the mixing curing process.Therefore,the development of waterborne self-emulsifying curing agent which can be applied to epoxy floor bottom,middle and surface coating has important application value.The glacial acetic acid salt-forming waterborne curing agent was firstly synthesized.The synthesis process of the curing agent is simple,the cost is low,and the thermal stability and self-emulsifying property of the curing agent are good.However,the performance of emulsify epoxy resin E-51 is poor.Moreover,the viscosity of the synthetic hardener is up to 27000mPa.S,which affects the construction and application performance of the epoxy system.At the same time,15%HAc salifying affects the stability of epoxy system?the appearance of curing film and the acid resistance,which limits its application in epoxy floor.However,it provides the preliminary foundation work for the follow-up study of waterborne curing agent with better emulsification performance.Subsequently,waterborne curing agent containing polyoxyethylene ether flexible segments was synthesized by introducing a certain proportion of polyether block into the molecular structure of the curing agent.The curing agent has excellent performance of emulsifying epoxy resin E-51,and the particle size was only 221nm.The introduction ratio of E-51 and DGPEG was adjusted,the proper curing agent viscosity is obtained,which is about 12000mPa.S,so it has good construction performance.The structure of epoxy resin E-51 and DGPEG in the curing agent was determined by FT-IR spectra,and the curing kinetics of epoxy system was studied by DSC,which shows that the curing agent has lower curing temperature.In addition,the curing process of coating film was observed by light microscope.Since the water constantly evaporated in the coating film during the curing process,there were fine pores on the coating surface after curing.Finally,the application performance of waterborne curing agent containing polyoxyethylene ether flexible segments in epoxy flooring bottom,middle and surface coating materials was studied.The construction performance and mechanical performance of the epoxy system were tested,and the applicable period of the epoxy system,the mixing ratio of A,B and various additives were determined.Epoxy flooring surface coating hardness up to 3H,adhesion level 0,water resistance>7d,acid resistance72h coating without change,impact resistance intact,wear resistance 0.011g,anti-slip 0.57g.The performance of the hardener sample was compared with that of foreign hardener products,its mechanical properties reached or even exceeded that of foreign products and it has reached the domestic standard of epoxy floor.
