With the rapid development of e-commerce and the continuous improvement of people’s consumption level,online shopping has gradually become a popular way of consumption.With the rapid growth of express delivery volume,the use of express packaging has been increasing,but the recovery utilization rate of express packaging is low.Abandoned express packaging not only causes waste of resources,but also brings serious environmental pollution problems.Therefore,the issue of express packaging recycling is urgently to be resolved.By analyzing the current situation of express packaging recycling,this paper builds a express packaging recycling platform and network from a low-carbon perspective.Firstly,by analyzing the current situation of express packaging recycling and domestic and foreign research literature reviews,a brief introduction to the relevant concepts of the content of the article research.Secondly,through analysis and summary of the existing express packaging recycling model,a low-carbon perspective based on the concept of Sharing idea to establish express packaging recycling model,through e-commerce companies,express companies,recycling companies,packaging production companies,consumers and the joint operation of the government to achieve the sharing of logistics information and resources,make full use of social logistics resources,reduce carbon emissions,and achieve efficient recycling of express packaging.Thirdly,the use of internet of things,RFID,block chain and other modern logistics technologies to build express packaging and recycling information platform,built the platform’s general functional framework and overall framework,design express packaging and recycling information platform,to achieve information sharing.Finally,on the basis of the new recycling model,establish a courier packaging recycling network with carbon costs.It mainly includes two aspects.First,in terms of node location,based on the selection of express points,the location of recycling points is selected by improving the combination of k-means clustering and set coverage,and the candidate recycling center is obtained by fuzzy-analytic hierarchy process.Second,with the minimum total cost of the express packaging recycling network as the objective function,and the carbon emission cost as one of the costs,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the recycling path.Taking Shenyang as an example,by analyzing the existing facilities and resources of product packaging manufacturers,logistics companies and express delivery companies,using the advantages of forward logistics,through simple screening,the primary node that can be used for express packaging recycling network is selected-express outlets,Through improved k-means clustering and set coverage combined method to select the location of the recycling point,a three-level recycling node established by fuzzy-analytic analysis-recycling center;then,using simulated annealing algorithm to carry out the path of the recycling network select and verify the validity of the model through a numerical example,and build a express packaging recycling network.The express packaging recycling network constructed in this paper not only provides a certain theoretical basis for express packaging recycling,but also can solve the problem of urban express packaging garbage to a certain extent,realize green logistics,and bring certain economic benefits to enterprises,which has certain practical significance.
