The introduction of industry 4.0(i.e.the application of information fusion system)provides a development direction for energy management.The establishment of energy consumption models will make it easier to achieve precise energy management.The motor load of traditional friction brick press is very low and has very low power factor in operation.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the brick press,this paper presents an electric screw brick press driven by switched reluctance motor(SRM).In this paper,the overall energy consumption of the brick press driven by switched reluctance motor is systematically studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)the overall structure of the switched reluctance brick press is studied,and the working principle of the brick press is explained.A switched reluctance motor is used to control and drive the brick press.The whole working process of the system is mainly divided into five stages.(2)taking the system energy consumption of switched reluctance brick machine as the research target,the energy distribution and direction of the strike process are analyzed,the energy dissipation mode of the strike process is explained,and the kinematics analysis of the slider movement during the strike process is carried out.At the same time,combined with the rotation of the flywheel screw,the overall control of the strike energy.This paper analyzes the energy conversion,transmission and loss of the system,provides the calculation equation of energy consumption,analyzes the five stages of the strike process,and provides the acceleration formula.(3)the energy consumption simulation model of switched reluctance brick machine was established by combining MATLAB/Simulink software.At the same time,the energy consumption can be controlled by setting up the energy consumption distribution table,controlling the motor speed and modifying the parameters.The energy consumption simulation model established in this paper can effectively realize the simulation control of power consumption of switched reluctance brick press,realize the high efficiency and energy saving of electromechanical equipment,and realize the intelligent energy management.(4)the energy consumption metering device of switched reluctance brick machine was designed,and the experiment of energy consumption system was carried out to verify the effectiveness of the experimental platform and simulation.The comparison waveform of simulated power consumption and energy consumption in the process of striking is obtained through experiments,and the data of switched reluctance brick machine system is given.At the same time,the accuracy of the brick press' s striking energy consumption is analyzed.The experiment shows that the error between the actual energy consumption and the simulation result is successfulIn this paper,the overall energy consumption of the brick press driven by switched reluctance motor is studied.This system can effectively realize the simulation control of the energy consumption system of switched reluctance brick press,provide theoretical and data support for the future research on energy conservation,and basically realize the intelligent management of the energy consumption system.
