The rapid development of industry has driven the improvement of the national economy,but it has caused huge pollution to the environment we live in.Therefore,environmental monitoring around the industrial area is particularly important.The traditional monitoring method is to collect the water and soil of the river near the factory drainage manually,but this method not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also it is very inconvenient to periodically collect sample of the factory in some remote areas.At present,some regions have started to adopt the unattended monitoring method,and the collected information is sent to the information collection center by means of wireless communication such as Zig Bee,Lo Ra(Long Range Radio),so as to realize environmental monitoring.However,Zig Bee only covers an area of 100 meters and the power consumption is too high.Although Lo Ra has a low power consumption and a wide coverage area,it is difficult to install the network in the way of nodes and gateways.NBIOT(Narrow Band Internet of Things)technology is an emerging wireless network communication technology with the advantages of low power consumption and wide coverage.It is based on the existing cellular network and works in the frequency Band of lince operator,so it has reliable communication service quality assurance.NBIOT application in daily life is mainly reflected in the smart covers,smart meter and smart home,etc.This article first proposed collocation STM32 processor based on NBIOT technology and all kinds of sensors in the integration of highly integrated monitoring and intelligent terminal,combining One Net cloud server,constructed based on NBIOT industrial environment monitoring system,real-time remote monitoring on the industrial environment,and effectively solve the traditional artificial today's wireless communication way to collect of surrounding environment and the drawbacks.An intelligent terminal for environmental monitoring is placed in the monitoring station to collect the information of various sensors periodically in real time.The One Net server is used to analyze the information and refresh the display data on the application layer of the webpage to realize real-time monitoring.In addition,as the system equipment is unattended and spontaneous and periodically reports data to the cloud,there is a risk of theft,so the anti-theft system is set in the system.By implanting GPS module into the system,the acquisition equipment can be effectively prevented from being stolen or lost.Test result shows that the system in a factory environment data under the condition of accurate upload,can realize the long-distance real-time transmission with low power consumption,wide coverage and stable performance characteristics,for environmental monitoring and LPWA(Low Power,Wide Area)provides research project application,and further promote the development of narrowband Internet of things.
