Chemical industry as a traditional manufacturing industry is in a market transition,especially the leading enterprises between it.They are exploring from traditional production enterprises guidance system to market-oriented marketing system.But they met a lot of problems during the process of marketing,because system planning and the control are not enough,many of them can not reach the expected economic benefits.However,in the current economic globalization,the brand promotion is becoming more and more significant,so during the enterprise brand promotion running,how to correctly analyze the market chance,choose the targeting,formulate the achievable brand promotion project planning,and design the right brand promotion project development mode,these are especially important to the enterprises.Based on above,this article has carried on the concrete study on the existing problems of J company's brand promotion and strategy,the concrete implementation,based on the project management point.Firstly,this paper summarized and analyzed the relative research theory on the domestic and foreign project management and chemical industry,then formed the base of research.On this basis,the author analyzed the characteristics of chemical industry and all the various relative factors during the brand promotion project management,then with concrete case study,to determine the plan and implementation for the chemical industry to carry out the project management on the brand promotion.This topic,based on the point of project management,research the brand promotion project of J company,so that the company can carry out project management on the brand promotion,this research also will enhance the inner management standards of enterprise.At present,what the domestic enterprises are using is more functional organizational structure,if they want to apply the project management on the brand promotion,they have to break through the existing functional boundaries,make out a more effective flat matrix structure.In process of implementation,because of the participation of each functional department,the head of marketing gradually changed into project manager.Its presentation is that,the project members are not only responsible for the original department,but also need to report to the head of marketing.This method could cut the attrition between departments,decrease the running costs,and enterprises could utilize the resources much more efficient,add the value of J company.
