Constructive Strategy Of Ecological Environment About Coal Mine In Inner Mongolia,D

The balance between coal resource exploitation and ecological construction in mining area is not only the economic and environmental problems,but also it is the social problem which guarantees the stability and growth of national economy currently.Coal resources in D County were exploited and the local economy was got rapid development in recent years.However,the exploration of coal resource also brought some environmental problems.This study cites coal mine in D county as an example and elaborates the basic theory of ecological construction about environment.Author introduced the basic situation and analyzed the main ecological problems about this coal mine:collapse in goaf,serious discharge of wastewater,large amount of dust,serious air and noise pollution,large amount of coal gangue.A novel content about ecological construction was proposed by author in view of the problems existing in coal mine according to theory and author’s work experience for many years.Author hope these advises and measures can give some reliabilities of theory for the ecological construction about environment in D.Author also hope this study can provide some reference for others studying in the area of ecological construction.
