During on natural resources for human, and the consequentenvironmental problems become more and more serious, environmentalproblems intensified, not only affected the human survival environment, or thewhole ecological balance of nature has received the serious threat. Coalresources development activities, has become one of the leading causes ofenvironmental problems. Therefore, to establish effective and applicable to awide range of ecological environmental impact assessment method, is used toforecast and evaluation of coal mining activities on the mining area ecologicalenvironment influence, and thus prevent compensation measures are put forward,is synchronized to promote environmental protection and economicdevelopment has important significance. However, various ecologicalenvironment, each are not identical, to find a universal method of ecologicalenvironmental impact assessment is a big difficulty. Only for specific kind ofecological environment, we find out the corresponding practical, simple andreasonable, easy to understand the evaluation method, the evaluation method canprovide a good quantitative description the size of the development and construction project of ecological environmental impact.According to the scholars at home and abroad research status ofecological environment, combined with the related concept of the ecologicalenvironment, this paper introduces the several kinds of recommended methodcan be used in ecological environment impact assessment, and analyzed thecharacteristics of these methods and application scope, finally choosesproductivity evaluation method, evaluation of coal mining area ecologicalenvironment impact assessment, and through the example to verify theproductivity evaluation in coal mining area ecological environment impactassessment of the feasibility of the application. For instance productivityevaluation method is applied to evaluate wheat palm for coal mining areaecological environment influence comprehensive results:Subsidence value, thepresent situation of the ecological environmental impact assessment of predictedrespectively, the comprehensive value and recovery,1.77,1.84,1.93. Aftercertain protective measures, subsidence influence area comprehensive valueback to1.84, equivalent to95.34%of the status value of1.93, than no measures1.77by about3.63%. It has a certain ecological benefits. Waste rock site thestatus quo of the ecological environment impact assessment, prediction andrestore the comprehensive value of0.9,0.28,1.03, respectively. Comprehensiveecological value and waste rock site than when they do not take measuresincreased from0.28to1.03, can make the waste rock area, the ecologicalenvironment has been improved to a certain degree of soil erosion has been controlled effectively. Through the evaluation result shows that for theecological environment impact assessment of coal mine area is very necessary,productivity evaluation method can well reflect the coal mining area ecologicalenvironment influence. In this article, through productivity evaluation in coalmine area specific engineering example application, also can undertakeecological environment research for other staff to provide the reference.
