Liability Risk Analysis And Insurance For Hazardous Chemicals Parking Lots

At present,a large volume of dangerous chemicals are transported by road,the number of parking lots for dangerous chemicals transit vehicles owned by companies such as chemical industrial parks and logistics companies at home are gradually increasing.It is meaningful to study the risks and insurance of hazardous chemicals parking lots,which the safe operation of parking lots can be guaranteed and the shortage of insurance products for dangerous chemicals parking lots can be provided.In this paper the risk of property damage liability and the compensation for personal injury in the parking lot of dangerous chemical transit vehicles of two sides are studied.Firstly,the main property loss risk is id entified by hierarchical holographic modeling(HHM).There are 6 risk dimensions,20 risks and 54 risk factors in evaluation index system.The AHP-Fuzzy method is used to quantify the risk value of the parking lot of hazardous chemicals transit vehicles and determined its risk level.the insurance premium rate of the parking lot liability insurance is calculated according to the risk level.Secondly,the maximum death radius is calculated by the accident model of TNT equivalent method,vapor cloud explosion and pool fire models.The maximum death radius is combined with the safety production accident standard to determine the casualty level,so as to obtain the premium adjustment coefficient of safety production liability insurance.Finally,the feasibility of this scheme is verified by an example.Based on the study,not only guidance for risk management of the parking lot is provided,but also a foundation for the combination of quantitative risk and insurance rate is built.
