With the development of economy, the upgrading of electronic products is accelerated, resulting in a large number of waste electrical and electronic equipment. However,at present, the recycling industry is scattered, and the recycling market is lack of standardized and organized industry operation mechanism. In the traditional recycling enterprises, there are often problems such as low industrial concentration, disordered organization structure, irregular process, unrecognizable recycling source, difficult supervision, and low secondary efficiency caused by low recycling efficiency. In recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to environmental protection issues. In the key action of the State Council's “Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting ‘Internet+' Actions” issued in 2015,the development direction of “Internet+ Green Ecology” was proposed, and then derived "Internet+" recycling this new recycling mode.Compared with the traditional recycling mode,“Internet+” recycling mode has promoted the recycling market to be upgraded from offline to online and offline, reducing recycling costs and improving recycling efficiency. However, the current enthusiasm of residents to participate in the recycling of WEEE "Internet+" is not high, and the amount of recycling is low. Therefore, the study of the factors affecting residents' participation in the "Internet+" recovery of WEEE and proposing corresponding strategies,it is of great significance to increase residents' willingness to use "Internet+" recycling, realize efficient recycling of WEEE,and build a resourcesaving and environment-friendly society.Based on the basic analysis of the current status of electronic waste recycling in China, this paper combs the research status and related theoretical basis of electronic waste recycling. Then, based on the four theories of Planned Behavior Theory,Technology Acceptance model,Task-Technology Fit and Perceived Risk Theory,an integrated model of residents' participation in the “Internet+” recycling factors of electronic waste was constructed.A questionnaire on residents' willingness to use WEEE “Internet+” was designed. The wording and structure of the questionnaire were revised through offline interviews and small-scale pre-tests to form a final questionnaire for distribution and recycling.A total of 548 questionnaires were collected and 239 valid questionnaires were used. The SPSS 24.0 principal component analysis method was used to analyze the valid questionnaires, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaires were tested. The structural equation model was established by Smart PLS 3.0,and the measurement model and structural model were tested. The results show that perceived task technology fitting, perceptual behavior control, perceived usefulness, perceived risk, and subjective norm have significant positive effects on the willingness to use,and perceived ease of use has no significant effect on the willingness to use.On this basis,in order to study the degree of influence of different influence factors on the use behavior,a system dynamics model of the influencing factors of WEEE “Internet+” recycling behavior was constructed.By changing the parameters of each factor, different scenarios were simulated. Finally, based on the results of the simulation analysis, suggestions are proposed to promote the “Internet +” recycling website or APP usage behavior of residents' electronic waste.
