At present,there is overcapacity in the steel industry.The price of steel products is declining while the cost of raw materials and labor are rising,which makes the operation of traditional steel enterprises face great pressure.In order to improve the economic efficiency,steel enterprises constantly adjust the production and marketing strategy,thus giving birth to the emergence of steel logistics park.which is an integrated logistics hub for steel trade to realize steel sales,processing,transportation,distribution,supply and other services.After a field visit to a steel logistics park,it is found that most of the process of goods storage and operation scheduling in the steel logistics park is accomplished by the staff with experience.However,the process of goods storage and operation scheduling in steel logistics park involves varieties factors,complex constraints and large calculation workload.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to formulate scientific and effective distribution methods and rules for yard operation in steel logistics park,which will help to improve the work efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of steel enterprises.This thesis analyzes the problems existing in a large steel logistics park in China in order to improve the efficiency of yard operation.Firstly,aiming at the location allocation problem of steel logistics park,a new method of steel palletizing with variable size based on layout theory is proposed,and the distribution mathematical model is established,and the improved evolution strategy algorithm and particle swarm algorithm are used to solve the optimization.The optimization scheme of location allocation in iron and steel logistics park is obtainedSecondly,based on the optimization scheme of the parallel flow shop operation scheduling problem,the multi-stack operation scheduling solution is proposed,and the yard operation scheduling mathematical model is established,and the improved evolution strategy and particle swarm algorithm are used to solve the optimization.The optimal scheme of vehicle scheduling in the park is obtained.Finally,based on the actual situation of the yard operation in the steel logistics park,the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is analyzed and verified by using multiple groups of scale calculation examples.The results show that this study has a certain practical significance,and has a certain reference value for the operation of steel logistics park.
