In order to improve the elasticity of the high-elastic spun yarn conveying method,in order to improve the high-elastic spun yarn conveying method,the yarn feeding process of the seamless underwear machine is changed when the thread quantity is changed,such as the yarn feeding amount is changed when the needle selection is changed.The fabric pass rate.Based on the dynamic control of high-elastic spun yarn conveyance,this paper proposes an active yarn feeding control scheme based on tension detection.It adopts the idea of tension closed-loop control to collect real-time spandex tension information and spindle speed information of seamless underwear machines.The active yarn feeding method is used to dynamically adjust the speed of the spandex yarn feeder according to the tension value to achieve the stable control of the spandex tension.On the basis of studying the development status of high-elastic spun yarn conveying control and its tension detection technology at home and abroad,the following work has been carried out:(1)Taking various yarn feeders on seamless underwear machines as research objects,analyze the working methods and working principles of yarn feeders at home and abroad,analyze the types of yarns they transport,and control the tension and tension of high-elastic yarns at home and abroad.Analysis and summary of the current status of detection technology.Research the knitting weft knitting yarn transportation process requirements,analyze the yarn characteristics,and establish the yarn equivalent model.(2)Analyze and study the control strategy of the high-elastic spun yarn tension control system.Due to the thin yarn and high elasticity,there are insufficient follow-ups and untimely follow-up during the conveying process.At this time,a feedback compensation link needs to be designed to realize real-time adjustment.In this paper,a fuzzy incremental PID controller is designed.By comparing and analyzing the conventional incremental PID control with Simulink simulation,the fuzzy PID controller can be adjusted faster and better.(3)Complete the software and hardware design of the dynamic control solution for the high-elastic spun yarn conveyance.Hardware mainly includes human-computer interaction module circuit,DC brushless drive circuit,seamless underwear machine speed reading circuit,tension detection module and STM32 processor peripheral circuit;software aspect includes seamless underwear machine speed calculation program,tension signal acquisition and filtering Program,fuzzy PID algorithm program,etc.This solution follows the rotation speed of the seamless underwear machine and samples the tension sensor at the same time,and compares the sampled value with the set tension value to obtain the deviation value and the deviation change rate.It enters the tension fuzzy PID algorithm controller to determine the output and adjust the DC brushless Motor to achieve dynamic control of highly elastic spun yarn conveying.(4)Complete the construction of the experimental platform.The experiments include human-computer interaction interface test,control system communication bus test,speed reading module test,and execution module control test.The experimental results show that the high-elastic spun yarn tension fluctuates within a small range of the set value,the DC brushless motor has good followability,and the spandex loop formation is observed uniformly by magnifying the microscope through the actual preparation test.This control design is applied to the high-elastic spun yarn weaving and conveying of seamless underwear machine,and the surface of the fabric is smooth and free of horizontal stripes.
