With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for natural gas and petroleum products in economic and social development has increased rapidly, which has promoted the construction and development of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, and it has also brought more safety hazards.Oil and gas pipelines have the characteristics of high risk of transport media and difficult monitoring of operating conditions.Leaks or explosions occur from time to time, which poses a great threat to the area around the pipeline. The occurrence of pipeline accidents is inseparable from its vulnerability. This article takes the long-distance oil and gas pipeline as the research object, analyzes the concept and composition,of its vulnerability, and conducts a comprehensive evaluation to improve the theory and evaluation method of the fragility in the long-distance oil and gas pipeline. It is conducive to improving the operational safety of oil and gas pipelines and ensuring public safety. In this paper,a vulnerability assessment model for oil and gas pipelines is constructed, which includes the integration of subjective and objective weights through the maximum difference method. In order to verify the rationality of the combined weights, the Kendall consistency test is used to check them. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the inherent vulnerabilities of different evaluation points of oil and gas pipelines;the actual vulnerability of each point is calculated by comprehensively considering the compensation effect of social emergency agencies at each point on the vulnerability. On the basis of the above research, the eight main oil and gas pipelines in Qinghai Province were used as the evaluation objects to collect relevant information and data, combined with the pipeline distribution and crossing conditions,22 sampling points were selected.Comprehensive evaluation of each sampling point through the vulnerability assessment model of oil and gas pipelines, and analysis of the evaluation results to obtain the comprehensive vulnerability of each pipeline.Focus on the analysis of the sampling points with higher vulnerability scores, and make reasonable suggestions from the aspects of pipeline planning and distribution, personnel and environment along the route, pipeline maintenance, and safety supervision.Verification by examples proves that the vulnerability assessment model proposed in this paper is feasible in the vulnerability analysis of oil and gas pipelines, and can provide a theoretical basis for the safety management and safety decision-making of the units and relevant safety departments of oil and gas pipelines, and has important guiding significance.
