Whether the enterprise can make profits mainly depends on the sales department,the performance of the sales staff directly affects whether the enterprise makes profits.Therefore,the enterprise profit cannot leave the salesperson.And for the company's employees,especially the sales staff to work out a suitable and efficient performance appraisal system,to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise in the industry and achieve the long-term strategic development goals of the enterprise has an inseparable role.The coal industry in which company Y is located has been in a "cold winter" for the past ten years and the next five years,and the regulations on reducing production capacity promulgated by the state are also restricting the development of company Y.At the same time because of Y company sales staff performance appraisal system with its own case is not match,prompted a vigilant lazy staff work attitude,the accounts receivable's rate of return lower situation,the sales staff work objectives and the company long-term strategic target of serious phenomenon,make Y the development of the company in a very critical moment.This article from the Y company as well as its industry environment is analyzed,and through the results of performance evaluation at home and abroad related practice and knowledge learning and thinking,finally sorting and analyzing the Y company can reflect sales index of 2014-2018 financial data and the sales staff is to its satisfaction with the performance appraisal system,find the crux of the problems in the assessment,and find out the problem causes,develop a set of perfect fit Y company sales staff performance appraisal system,and perfecting the assessment process and related issues.In this way,the working ability of the sales staff of company Y is improved,and the competitiveness of company Y in the coal industry is increased,which ultimately helps company Y to achieve its long-term development goals.
