Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Safety Supervision Of Construction Projects

With the advance of urbanization,the engineering construction industry develops at a high speed,and safety accidents in construction projects occur from time to time,causing many negative impacts on individuals,families,enterprises and society.The government bears the responsibility of safety supervision.How to improve the government's supervision of construction projects,reduce security risks,promote and guarantee the production safety of construction projects is a theoretical and practical problem that needs to be studied and faced seriously.Based on the theory of supervision and governance,this paper systematically reviews the excellent domestic and international literature.The concept of project management,safety supervision and management in construction field and government safety supervision and management in engineering construction are defined in detail.This paper analyzes the relevant laws,enforcement basis,supervision content and necessity in the construction field.Based on the working environment,this paper takes xiangcheng district of suzhou city as a model.The present objective state of government safety supervision is analyzed from the general situation of xiangcheng construction project development,the framework of safety supervision organization,the work system and process of safety supervision.Found the government construction engineering safety supervision division of regulatory functions of fuzzy,weak supervision team,imperfect relevant laws and regulations,Safety publicity lags behind.its reason is that the government supervision team construction lagging behind the speed of development of engineering construction,safety supervision mechanism is not sound,insufficient industry market growth,lack of the construction enterprise security management problems,etc.Finally,the article brings forward optimization path construction engineering safety supervision by the government,think the government should improve safety supervision mechanism,implement relevant security policy,improve the regulatory team professionalism and smooth traffic safety propaganda channel and so on,effectively curb construction engineering safety accident,the healthy and stable development of the industry.It is hoped that this study will be helpful to promote the transformation of government's safety supervision thinking and the innovation of supervision mechanism.
