Reform and opening up 40th anniversary.China's economic and social development has made historic achievements and historic changes.The total number of accidents and deaths in China has also decreased significantly,but the value is still large,and the safety accidents in fixed assets investment projects account for a large proportion.However,investment in fixed assets plays an irreplaceable role in promoting economic and social development in China.In order to ensure safety in engineering construction,we need to carry out production safety supervision.The complexity of the process of engineering construction safety based on safety supervision results are uncertain,and the field of engineering construction supervision and participatory research game total social benefit is slightly low,therefore,the total benefit of social game process research on production safety and production of multi-party supervision,measures and suggestions to reduce the operation of the operation risk,improve the regulation value,has important significance.Based on the game relationship between participating in the construction site safety supervision safety supervision units and construction units,supervision units of establishing and solving the mixed strategy evolutionary game model,the equilibrium solution is obtained;numerical simulation the dynamic evolution of thought is combined with Matlab,analysis of the impact of construction enterprises,supervision units,supervision units under the supervision of the three party evolutionary game and evolution of total social benefits.The main contents are as follows:First of all,from the construction process,safety supervision and safety supervision between participating in the game units and construction units and supervision units with the proposed hypothesis,established a mixed strategy evolutionary game model and obtained stable equilibrium solution,analysis found:reduce security costs and enhance the safety risk perception is beneficial to the staff and management personnel pay attention to safety if there is,the rent-seeking behavior may lead to regulatory failure,need the necessary external constraints to ensure that regulators play a role.Then,based on the evolutionary game model,the introduction of social benefit,the hybrid dynamic evolution strategy in game theory and numerical simulation methods combined,through the Matlab simulation effect diagram verify the stable equilibrium that the solution of the conclusion,analysis of the parties involved in the evolution of the total benefit behavior and social change,also found that:1)the construction unit pay more attention to the safety,the higher the total social benefit;2)unsafe behavior and the degree of punishment,found that the probability of risk loss and the initial value if the low coefficient of bear,enterprises may fall into the low security level trap,resulting in lower social benefits;3)multiple supervision is beneficial to Party duties,is conducive to the society the benefit is at a higher level.4)indirect supervision may result in the effect of "Butterfly Effect".Finally,measures are put forward to increase safety related research,technology investment,government subsidies,strengthen safety education and expand supervision channels,so as to improve the safety degree and social benefits of all participants.
