"Eating Broadcast" is the abbreviation of "Network Eating Broadcast",which originated from south Korean variety shows.After it was officially introduced into China in 2015,it gradually developed into new forms and broadcasting forms in the domestic unique cultural context,and became a new landscape reflecting the development of China's contemporary society.Based on Chinese characteristics,this article starts with a multi-dimensional cultural theory and analyzes the phenomenon of "Eating Broadcast" By taking the "Eating Broadcast" Program on BiliBili video site(hereinafter referred to as "station B")as a case study.Cultural connotation,rationally explore the rich meaning behind Chinese "Eating Broadcast" popularity.Among them,the first and second chapters are based on China's current social context,national diet concept,etc.,combined with psychology and other related theories,to explore the development status and popular reasons of "Eating Broadcast".At the same time,taking the "Eating Broadcast" on the B station as an example to classify and summarize the existing "Eating Broadcast" content.The third chapter analyzes the communication practice of "Eating Broadcast" from the perspective of communication,including its content production,feedback mechanism and commercial profit model.The fourth chapter mainly explores the changes of the audience's psychological icons and consumption behavior during the viewing process from the perspective of cultural theories such as youth subculture and popular culture.Finally,chapter 5 gives a cold reflection on the hot broadcast phenomenon of "Eating Broadcast",and proposes solutions to the current chaos and anomie.As an extension of traditional food culture,the cultural phenomenon of "Eating Broadcast" is very necessary to be understood by the public.I hope that through this study,focusing on this emerging thing of the Internet,I can deeply analyze the communication practice of "Eating Broadcast" in China from the perspective of communication and culture,and explore its social and cultural metaphors,so as to better understand the new path of the dissemination and development of Chinese traditional food culture in the context of the Internet.
