With the development of China's economy,pipeline transportation has become an important way of oil and gas transportation,which can greatly reduce the cost of crude oil transportation,reduce the loss,save energy,and reduce the environmental risks and safety risks brought by vehicle transportation,with obvious environmental and economic benefits.However,there are some risks in pipeline transportation.Once handled improperly,it will have a serious impact on the natural enviroument and social life.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out environmental risk assessment on the pipeline.First,this paper takes the pipeline of an oil production plant in Changqing oil field as the investigation object,carries out the environmental risk identification and source term analysis of the oil pipeline project,and studies the impact of the crude oil leakage on the soil and surface water.The range of impact on soil is 0-20cm soil layer in the direct leakage area,and the range of impact on surface water is 12.2km downstream of the leakage area.Secondly,In view of the environment sensitive areas,the existing risk prevention facilities of oil pipelines have been investigated on the spot,and the corresponding emergency plans have been formulated according to the risk prevention rules and regulations.According to the follow-up investigation,the pipeline within the scope of water source has been relocated to avoid the water source protection area.Thirdly,the typical pollution accidents in the pipeline operation area are investigated and analyzed,and the effectiveness of risk prevention measures is improved.Reduce the occurrence of such accidents from the source,provide technical support for environmental management of the project,and provide information feedback for decision-making of the same type of project.The research results of this paper can effectively reduce the probability of pipeline leakage accidents,improve the emergency response measures for risk accidents,have a positive role in promoting the environmental risk management and risk prevention measures for the operation of oil and gas pipelines,and have a good environmental demonstration effect.
