With the increasing shortage of coal resources and the increase of slime in China,slime recovery has gradually become an important link in the production of washing plants.Because of its good separation effect and wide adaptability,filter press has become a common solid-liquid separation equipment in washing plants.However,due to the fact that most washing plants have the need to expand the production scale,they are often equipped with multiple filter pressing equipment in the filter pressing workshop.Moreover,because multiple equipment can only use one concentrate tank and one conveyor together,these filter pressing equipment should be used in combination during the feeding and unloading process.Most washing plants accomplish this task through manual observation and operation,but the slime pressure filtration process usually needs to last for a long time,and the operators may neglect observation and control errors due to physiological fatigue and mental slack in the process,which further leads to production "accidents"(pressing,emitting,exposing materials,etc.)and affects production At the same time of efficiency,it causes economic loss for the washery.This topic comes from Handan washing plant of Jizhong energy Fengfeng Group.For the need of cooperation control of multiple filter presses in the filter press workshop of the washing plant,a filter press controller with can communication function based on STM32 is developed.The controller takes stm32f103zet6 as the control core,only external I / O,EEPROM and other peripheral circuits are needed in the hardware design;the software is developed based on FreeRTOS operating system,and the system functions are divided into multiple tasks to be realized;the communication between multiple filter controllers is realized by using CAN controller built in STM32 chip;in this way,the control and communication functions of filter press are all realized.The whole research process can be divided into three steps:First of all,through literature review,to understand the research status of the filter press and its controller at home and abroad,and conduct field research,to master the structure and working principle of the filter press.Combined with the existingproblems in the production process of the filter press workshop,the functional requirements of the filter press controller are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the subject is proposed.Secondly,based on the power conversion circuit,can communication module and other hardware circuits,the related software is developed on FreeRTOS operating system,and the STM32 based filter press controller is designed,manufactured and debugged;based on RTOS operating system,The functions of the filter press control are divided into several tasks,and the control functions of the filter press are realized through the cooperation of tasks;the filter press controller is tested and applied in the production site,and finally the coordinated control between multiple filter presses is realized.Finally,the stm32-based filter press controller is put into trial operation on the production site,the problems fed back on the site are analyzed and the solutions are given,and it is finally adapted to the industrial production environment through gradual improvement.There are 27 figures,10 table and 70 references in this paper.
