The detection of underground environment information and equipment operation status is an important measure to ensure the safety of coal mine production.With the development of science and technology,the research and development of coal mine inspection robot to detect or detect the key areas and accident scene has become a research hotspot.Due to the large duty cycle,limited inspection area and low inspection efficiency of the underground ground inspection robot in coal mine,our team developed the four rotor flying robot in coal mine.In order to ensure the reliable and efficient transmission of environmental information data such as gas concentration and video image collected by the four rotor flying robot in coal mine,this paper mainly studies the compression and reconstruction of environmental information data.Aiming at the problem of environmental information detection of coal mine quadrotor flying robot,this paper studies and analyzes the requirements of coal mine quadrotor flying robot system and underground environmental information detection,analyzes the characteristics of environmental information data collected by flying robot in coal mine underground roadway,and puts forward the overall scheme of environmental information detection of coal mine four-rotor flying robots.Aiming at the problem of greater redundancy of the environmental information data collected by coal mine four-rotor flying robots,according to the relevant gas concentration regulations in the mine air and the gas concentration standards of the atmospheric environment,a compression pretreatment method of gas concentration information data based on threshold rejection is used,and The gas concentration information data compression and reconstruction algorithm based on orthogonal curve fitting was processed on the gas concentration information data.Using MATLAB to verify the compression and reconstruction algorithm of the oxygen concentration sample data collected in the simulated roadway,it shows that the algorithm is effective for the compression and reconstruction of the gas concentration information data of the coal mine four-rotor flying robot.Aiming at the problems of various interferences and large data amount in the video information collected by the coal mine four-rotor flying robot in a complex environment,the principle and characteristics of video information compression and the H.264 codec algorithm are studied and analyzed.On the basis of the noise reduction video information data preprocessing algorithm,fusion of H.264 video information data compression and reconstruction algorithm based on multiple wavelet transform,the video image information data collected by the flying robot in the simulated roadway was processed.The experiments of video image preprocessing,compression and reconstruction show the effectiveness of the algorithm.With the help of the coal mine four-rotor flying robot developed by the team,integrating the environmental information data preprocessing,compression and reconstruction algorithms developed in this paper,the experiment was conducted in the coal mine simulation roadway of the school's "Coal Subject Professional Comprehensive Experimental Training Center".The processing of oxygen and carbon dioxide gas concentration environmental information data and video image information data shows that the preprocessing method is effective,the data compression is relatively small,and the reconstruction fidelity is high.
