Analysis On The Influence Degree Of Human Factors Causing Accidents In A Coal Preparation Plant And Research On Preventive Measures

In recent years,with the increasing production requirements of clean coal,the number of supporting coal preparation plants in coal mining enterprises has increased.However,most coal preparation plants have problems such as shortage of professional and technical personnel,rapid equipment renewal,increased outsourcing professional services,and weak safety management foundation,which lead to frequent production accidents,which not only pose a serious threat to the life safety of employees,but also affect the safety of employees Normal production and operation of coal preparation plant.Through the investigation of accident cases in coal preparation plant,it is found that most of these production accidents are caused by human errors or unsafe behaviors(i.e.human accidents).Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the cause factors and preventive measures of human accident in coal preparation plant to improve the safety management level of coal preparation plant.First of all,through literature review,to explore the theory and mechanism of human factor accidents,to build a logical relationship diagram of human factor accidents in coal preparation plant,and then to summarize the causes of human error,including human physiological factors,human safety quality,mechanical equipment,working environment,safety management and training education;secondly,through questionnaire survey and analysis,to find out the safety management of coal preparation plant There are many problems such as lack of safety information management means,imperfect safety management supervision and inspection system,imperfect safety production process,inadequate investigation of potential safety hazards,and irregular behaviors of outsourcing personnel.Based on the grounded theory and method,the paper analyzes the frequent causes of human accidents in coal preparation plant,and constructs an indicator system of human accidents in coal preparation plant,including 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 27 third-level indicators;thirdly,based on the risk matrix,the risk level of evaluation indexes is determined,the weight value of each first level index and second level index is determined by AHP entropy weight method,the influence degree of the cause factors is determined by multiplication and normalization fusion method,the influence degree is arranged,and the main factors that affect the frequent occurrence of human accidents in coal preparation plant are determined as follows:poor emergency ability of employees and employees The management is not in place,the reliability of belt conveyor is poor and the mobility of personnel is large.Finally,according to the main factors of frequent human accidents in coal preparation plant,from "improving information management means,improving emergency response ability of employees","strengthening employee training,improving training effect","establishing safety production responsibility system,putting an end to" management by package ",seriously implementing safety assessment","strengthening management of mobile personnel in coal preparation plant,reducing personnel mobility","strengthening inspection and maintenance of equipment,To improve the reliability of belt conveyor,the corresponding prevention measures are put forward.The results show that the main types of accidents in coal preparation plant are human accidents,strengthening the safety culture construction(such as personnel education and training),establishing the safety production responsibility system of the coal preparation plant,improving the safety rules and regulations of the coal preparation plant,increasing the investment of safety science and technology in the coal preparation plant,ensuring the safety capital investment of the coal preparation plant,and improving the safety management level of the coal preparation plant,It is of great significance to reduce human accidents in coal preparation plant and ensure safe production.
