The production capacity of raw materials in steel mills mainly depends on rolling mill equipment.Due to the action of rolling force,certain elastic deformation will be produced in the rolling mill equipment,which will cause the deviation between the product precision demand and the set value of the roll gap,affect the product precision and even cause waste products,and reduce the yield.Therefore,it is necessary to calculate the deviation of mill rigidity and then correct the gap.At present,the process of adjusting the roll gap in the steel plant is to collect the relevant parameters of the rigidity manually and calculate the rigidity value by synthesizing the pressure curve manually according to the pressing method and the rolling plate method,and then change the rigidity of the rolling mill through the automatic control system to realize the adjustment of the roll gap.In the rolling process of rolling mill,the variation of equipment state,such as roll loss and other factors cause the deviation between the equipment stiffness value and the theoretical value,so the dynamic calculation of the stiffness value needs to be carried out in the rolling process.The frequent rigidity calculation undoubtedly increases the labor intensity of the workers,and the dynamic acquisition of the stiffness parameters makes the workers confined to the environment where the parameter data are located,which has certain restrictions on the labor environment of the workers.Therefore,this paper will study the remote monitoring of rolling mill equipment,realize the real-time control of rolling mill parameters,especially the parameters related to rigidity,and establish a complete rolling mill remote monitoring system.In this paper,the whole structure of the remote monitoring system of rolling mill is analyzed based on the production environment of the steel mill,and the system is divided into C/S system and B/S system according to the software development system.According to each system,the key technology in the development is studied and the application plan is made.Secondly,the data communication process is studied in the C/S system,the reasons for the phenomenon of packet sticking and unpacking under the packet transmission areanalyzed,a self-processing mechanism solution of TCP communication based on Nagle algorithm is proposed,and the data transmission system from steel mill to data server is built in PyQt environment.In the data storage system,the existing storage methods are studied,the system storage scheme is established,and a wscript-based parallel file read-write method is proposed.In the B/S system,the requirements of the Web client system were analyzed,Bootstrap,vue-cli,Node,Webpack and Git were used as the front-end technology chain,Apache,PHP and Mysql were used as the back-end technology chain for the B/S construction,and the Web data rendering function was studied,pointing out the shortcomings of the existing Web graphics module for real-time data rendering,and a web-based real-time data graphics display module was proposed.Finally,the security of the whole system is studied,and the potential security risks are made for the prevention plan and experimental verification of attacks,the results show that the system has a good security.The mill remote monitoring system designed in this paper effectively liberates the limitation of workers’ working environment,which has the practical significance of engineering and the reference significance of industrial Internet.
