Subsea Xmas-tree is the key equipment of the Subsea production system,which numerous valve block leads to its complicated logic.With characteristics of multiple curves and variable diameters of internal production channel,the exist of hydrate in the pipeline will have a huge impact on the entire system.Training is an important means to improve the quality for decision-makers and operators to ensure safe and stable operation.However,on-site training of Subsea Xmas-tree needs to be implemented on offshore platform,which costs highly and contains many risk factors.Therefore,it is of great significance to simulate Subsea Xmas-tree and combine the actual production data to visually simulate the hydrate generation process in the production channel.On the basis of system demands,the overall architecture design were presented Through 3D Max,the overall equipment model of the Subsea Xmas-tree was established,including peripheral models such as tree model,connector model,base model,and internal equipment models such as valve block and pipeline.An underwater virtual scene was established based on Unity 3D to realize the virtual design of scene design of Subsea Xmas-tree.The simulated annealing algorithm(SA)was used to optimize the key parameters in the support vector machine regression analysis(SVR)model.The SVR-SA model was established to predict the equilibrium temperature of the hydrated natural gas containing only CO2.Programming was implemented in MATLAB to achieve the prediction calculation Features;FLUENT was used to simulate and analysis for the flow and deposition of hydrate particles in the bend pipeline section and stepped pipeline section of the Xmas-tree,and the hydrate particles flowed in the pipeline,which provides data support for visual simulation of sedimentary phenomena.Carrying on the functional design of the simulation system visualization function module and interactive operation module in Unity 3D.And realizing the visualization of the MATLAB prediction calculation results in Unity 3D through the data transmission design of MATLAB and Unity 3D.This Subsea Xmas-tree operation training simulation system implements process flow operation training through the interactive control operation of components,and has designed hydrate prediction and visual display functions.The system could reduce the training and improve the efficency of Subsea Xmas-tree,and has certain guiding significance for ensuring safe production and operation.
