With the rapid development of natural gas fuel vehicles,the gas stations are developing rapidly.There are mainly three types of gas stations: LNG gas stations,CNG gas stations and L-CNG gas stations,and L-CNG gas stations cover both the main process and equipment operation content of LNG gas station and CNG gas station are described.The gas station is a high-risk industry.If there is a problem with the operation,it will cause serious consequences,which will lead to difficulties in the training of students of relevant majors in colleges and universities and the training of gas station employees.Therefore,the development of a simulation teaching and training system for L-CNG gas station is of great significance for college students and staff of the gas station.This paper takes a L-CNG gas station of CNOOC as the development object,and through the research on its actual process,equipment and operation specifications,a simulation teaching and training system for L-CNG gas station is developed.The system includes the following two: 2D simulation education system and 3D simulation education system.The 2D simulation education and training system is developed on the platform of Force Control.It is developed through the steps of creating Force Control interface,arranging interface,setting I/O configuration,establishing real-time database,database connection,and using VB for script compilation.It includes a basic knowledge module,a practical training module and an assessment module: the basic knowledge module introduces the main processes and key equipment of the L-CNG gas station,and provides animation demonstrations and text introductions for each process;the practical training module is mainly for trainees practice and consolidate what they have learned.When the process is running,changes in parameters such as pressure and flow will be recorded in the historical trend change graph of the data;the assessment module detects the students' mastery of the knowledge and displays them in the form of scores.The system completes network publishing through the Web function of Power Control,so that the system is not restricted by time,region and equipment.The process flow of the two-dimensional simulation teaching and training system is intuitively displayed and the parameters are clear,allowing students to better learn the various process processes of the gas station.The 3D simulation education and training system is developed on the platform of Unity 3D,drawing 3D equipment models through SW,converting 3ds max model formats,creating Unity 3D interface,importing models,arranging scenes,rendering,adding components,and compiling programs using Wanwei engine,etc.Step development.The 3D simulation teaching and training system includes a basic knowledge module,a practical training module and an assessment module: the basic knowledge module displays and introduces the process and key parameters of the LCNG gas station;Process;the assessment module tests the students' mastery of the gas station knowledge.The scene layout in the 3D simulation training system is the same as that of the actual gas station,thus providing a more realistic and intuitive scene.Students operate the equipment in the gas station through the movement of workers in the operation scene,and view the appearance of the equipment and its main features.Operating parameters.The simulation teaching and training system developed in this paper combines simulation technology with the actual situation of the station,and realizes the main process flow and equipment structure of the L-CNG gas station,as well as the simulation display,training and the assessment provides students with an efficient and safe training environment,which greatly improves the training effect of students.
