Mine safety accidents occur frequently, and the unsafe behavior of miners is one of the main causes. The implementation of reward and punishment strategies is the main response strategy of mining enterprises. At the same time, the occurrence of mine safety accidents is still the key to balancing the development of mining enterprises.Under the background of the new era,the government has strengthened the supervision of open-pit mine enterprises.Once an accident occurs, enterprises will face the risk of economic punishment, business closure and rectification, which seriously threatens the mine. The economic benefits of the enterprise. Therefore, improving the technical level of employees and strengthening the safety management of the job site will play a positive role in reducing the incidence of accidents in the open pit mine safety, and thus improve the safety management level of open pit mines in China.Based on the perspective of simulation modeling to study the limited and restrictive problems of the reward and punishment system for unsafe behavior of open pit mine workers.Firstly, the cognitive mechanism and influencing factors of unsafe behavior are analyzed.Combined with the shortcomings of current mine safety management system and the frequent occurrence of accidents, the monitoring agent is taken as the research object, and it is analyzed with decision agent, auxiliary agent and operator agent.Interaction between the two;by constructing the work function fitness function and the unsafe behavior adaptive function, the Netlogo simulation platform is used to study the influence of the reward system, the punishment system and the reward and punishment system on the unsafe behavior choice of the workers. Then, based on the analysis of multi-agent simulation results, the effectiveness of the mine reward and punishment system is evaluated.Through the simulation study on the effectiveness ofthe reward and punishment system,it can provide reasonable suggestions for the formulation and implementation of the reward and punishment system of mining enterprises, and give full play to the binding effect of the reward and punishment system on the unsafe behavior of miners. The research results of this paper show that: in the structure of reward and punishment system, the decision support coefficient Sc has the greatest influence on the monitoring agent's job burnout phenomenon, the processing effectiveness coefficient Ec is second, and the function coordination coefficient Fc has the least influence;the impact of the reward and punishment system on the miner's behavior is mainly According to the Job Situation Adaptability(JSA),in the JSA?[-6.02,-2.12] interval, the number of unsafe behaviors decreased while the number of safe behaviors decreased significantly;JSA ? [-2.12,16.9],The number ofunsafe behaviors is not obvious, the number of safe behaviors is obviously increased, and the adaptability of work situations is an important factor affecting the effectiveness of the open-pit mine reward and punishment system, which should be highly valued by managers. This study helps to improve the applicability of open mine safety management decisions to reduce mine accidents.
