Addressing the environmental problems caused by climate change is a serious challenge facing all countries in the world today.It has become the consensus of all countries in the world to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote low-carbon economic development.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the rapid growth of carbon dioxide emissions and their impact on the environment has increasingly attracted global attention.As the world’s largest emitter of carbon dioxide,the Chinese government faces enormous pressure to reduce carbon emissions,and the task of carbon emission control is arduous.As an important support for China’s economic development,inter-provincial trade activities have a tendency of further strengthening under the complex and volatile international trade situation,which will lead to a large number of trade embodied carbon emission flows between provinces.Therefore,it is of great significance for China to realize the carbon emission reduction target to deeply discuss the frequent and complex trade embodied carbon emission flows between provinces.This article is based on our country in 2002,2007,2012,2015 provincial input-output table,first using more regional input-output analysis method of our country provincial trade between embodied carbon flow calculation analysis,and then using the method of complex network theory,in the provinces for network nodes,with provincial between embodiedt carbon flow for the network edge,build our country in 2002,2007,2012,2015 provincial trade between embodied carbon flow network.At the same time,the internal structure of the embodied carbon emissionflow network is discussed from the perspectives of the overall structure characteristics,community classification,node individual characteristics,and key flow paths of the embodied carbon emission flow network.The main research conclusions are as follows :(1)during the study period,China’s total direct carbon emissions showed an increasing trend year by year,increasing by nearly 2.7 times.Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong and Guangdong provinces have large direct and embodied carbon emissions and have great carbon emission reduction potential.In space,the distribution of direct and embodied carbon emissions in provinces is different,and there is a "carbon leakage" phenomenon among provinces in China.(2)The total amount of embodied carbon emission flows in China’s inter-provincial trade increased by nearly 3.5 times,in which the embodied carbon emission flows were mainly driven by intermediate product trade,which was 2-3times that of the final product trade.The interprovincial embodied carbon emission flows in China are mainly distributed among some provinces,and the overall flow direction is from north to south,southeast and west to east.(3)The network density and the number of network correlation vary to some extent.The overall network density is kept at about 0.7,and the nodes are closely related to each other.The network has larger aggregation coefficient and smaller average path length.The network structure has obvious small-world characteristics.(4)Evident community differentiation phenomenon,exist in the network society results related to the geographical location proximity,divided into the main stable form "beijing-tianjin-hebei" and its surrounding area as the main body of the community structure of 1,"Yangtze river delta" and the surrounding region as the main body of the community structure of 2,"pearl river delta" and southwest area as the main body of the community structure of 3.(5)Hebei,Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Liaoning,Henan,Anhui,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and other provinces have a large weighting degree and are the main "receivers" of embodied carbon emissions.Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Henan,Guangdong and other provinces have a large weighting degree and are the main "formers" of embodied carbon emissions.Hebei,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Henan,Guangdong and other provinces have strong intermediation and are the "Bridges" in the embodied carbon emission flow network.Hebei,Jiangsu,Henan,Shaanxi and other provinces have high proximity centrality and feature vector centrality at the same time.These provinces have high efficiency in the embodied carbon emission network,and they have strong indirect influence on other node provinces.(6)The root region of the network is mainly distributed among Zhejiang,Hebei and Jiangsu provinces,and the embodied key flow path of carbon emission has some changes.However,Inner Mongolia,Beijing,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Hebei and Zhejiang provinces are basically stable in the key flow path,so they should be paid attention to in the carbon emission reduction work.
