Lawn greening plays an important role in building garden cities and beautifying the living environment,which has promoted the rapid development of new materials and technologies for lawn building.The planting yarn,as a new product of lawn building,has unique structure and performance advantages.It has attracted widespread attention in the industry.This subject designed the planting yarn industrial production equipment combining industrial design with textile material,and selected rationally non-woven fabrics for grass seed coating,which made it possible to industrial production.First,Analyzing the problem of the basic unit and the working process based on the structure and principle of the existing planting yarn equipment(the unit machine).According to the design idea of holistic and partial,the appearance and winding structure of industrialized textile equipment were used for reference.Redesigning the main parts of the planting yarn industrial production equipment with industrial prospects and drawing the design sketch.Then,the detailed structure and assembly relationship of each device were designed using software such as Rhino and PRO/E,and the key parts and structures of the planting yarn industrial production equipment were showed intuitively.Furthermore,based on the the morphological design rules and the principle of human-machine interaction,the whole machine was established and its interrelationship was verified.After that,according to the hot melt adhesiveness of fiber row material and the grass seeds germination requirements on the pore size of the fiber web surface,the spunlaced non-woven with PP/HDPE sheath-core composite fibers as the main materials and the pore size at 850 ?m was selected to cover the grass seed.Through experimental comparison,the grass germination rate between the planting yarn and direct planning was close,90.5% and 92% respectively.But the growth speed,growth height and grass shape of the planting yarn were better than that of direct planting,the height of the planting yarn and direct planting were 106 mm and 94 mm respectively after 35 days.The experiment shows that the plating yarn has great potential in lawn planting,home green planting and handcraft classes.Finally,the planting yarn industrial production equipment was evaluated from four aspects: technicality,usability,sociality and creativity.Innovatively designed planting yarn industrial production equipment has the advantages of high cost performance,easy operation and can produce a variety of products,which has strong market competitiveness and good development prospects.
