With the constant development of the tobacco industry in China,tobacco packaging design has been increasingly significant.Based on the leading market position of China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co.,Ltd.,the individualized cigarette packaging focusing on "Taishan" brand was designed.Individualized cigarette packaging has been regarded as one of the important topics in the theoretical and practical development of packaging design and the individualization of tobacco packaging needs to be realized immediately in the development of the tobacco industry.During the special investigation of the industry,the low sales volume and poor economic benefit of "Taishan" brand high-grade(Grade I)cigarette products of China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co.,Ltd.were identified.By comparing the packaging design of the famous tobacco products at the top of the ranking in sales volume in domestic and overseas markets to that of "Taishan" brand tobacco products,the shortcomings of the "Taishan" brand packaging design were recognized.Based on the experience accumulated by the author in the packaging design of tobacco products,mass literature and documents related to the packaging design of "Taishan" brand were reviewed.According to the integration principle of the traditional culture and modern concepts,the original creativity and contemporary art design were perfectly integrated to form the individualized creativity of "Taishan" brand cigarette packaging design;By referring to the creative mode of tobacco advertising,the cultural deposits and modern concepts of "Taishan" brand were deeply studied.The creative idea put forward the core theme of "Taishan" brand personalized cigarette packaging design.Hereby attempting to create a new product image with cultural continuity and features of the times.Through the application of the latest professional theories,methodologies and technical means,based on the domestic and foreign frontier papers,with the purpose of focusing on difficulties and seekingbreakthroughs.While paying attention to the artistry of tobacco packaging design,it pursues the actual market share of tobacco products.The framework of the designing scheme was optimized,the design process was regulated and designed,especially the detail processing of individualized products was studied,and three sets of the draft design of the individualized "Taishan" brand cigarette packaging were independently achieved,thereby laying a solid foundation for the final products which will be completed by the professional team.The author hopes that the individualized "Taishan" brand products will perform well in the market in the future,satisfy the people’s growing need for a better life,and achieve political,economic,cultural and social benefits.
