The Practical Challenge And Path Out Of Building "Jiangxi Model" From The Perspective Of Beautiful China

With the continuous development of China's economy,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.To protect the ecological environment and build an ecological civilization has become a top priority for the survival and development of 1.4billion Chinese people.For this reason,the Communist Party of China formally included "ecological civilization construction" into the "five in one" overall layout at the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and clearly put forward the idea of "beautiful China".At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was further clearly pointed out that by the middle of this century,our goal is to "build our country into a modern socialist power that is rich,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful".This shows that the Communist Party of China has incorporated "beauty" into the goal of national modernization.As an ecological province and a revolutionary base,Jiangxi has always been a key district concerned by General Secretary Xi Jinping.In his visit to Jiangxi in 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out: “Green ecology is the most important wealth,advantage and brand of Jiangxi.We must protect it.We should do our best in management and presentation of the mountains and rivers.Since then,building a "Jiangxi Model" of beautiful China undertakes the dual historical missions of becoming a pioneer and trial of realizing beautiful China dream by building a "demonstration area of ecological civilization",and realizing the "Green Rise" of Jiangxi.Therefore,further research on building a "Jiangxi Model" of beautiful China not only improve the theory of ecological civilization construction in Jiangxi,make suggestions for the practice of ecological civilization construction in Jiangxi,but also provide a replicable "Jiangxi Plan" for the national ecological civilization construction.Based on the practice of building beautiful China and creating the "Jiangxi model" in the new era,this paper,based on the theory of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization construction,and China's current research at home and abroad,expounds the connotation,origin and development of beautiful China;and from aspects of meaning,connotation and characteristics,it introduces in detail the whole picture of Jiangxi model in the perspective of beautiful China.This paper expounds the current situation of the development of "Jiangxi Model" from the existing achievements and practical challenges.On this basis,this paper lists the main models of "Jiangxi Model" in detail,which includes Jingdezhen,atypical city in promoting of "urban double restoration",Pingxiang,the sponge city and the "Mountain,River and Lake Management" project covering across the whole province.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the above contents,this paper holds that Jiangxi Province can further promote the construction of ecological civilization by consolidating and improving its ecological advantages,building a green industry system,making efforts to innovate the system and mechanism,and actively cultivating the ecological culture of Jiangxi Province,so as to create a "Jiangxi Model" of beautiful China,and truly present a beautiful picture of "Clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver.Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets".
