With the increase of the people's awareness of environmental protection,solvent-based acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive?PSA?has been gradually replaced by UV curable acrylate PSA for its environmental protection and energy saving.However,the performance of UV curable acrylate PSA is poor,which limits its use.Therefore,it's needed to modify.Inorganic nano material modification of acrylate is a good method.In this paper,the nanocomposite GF-Mg O was prepared by blending nano-magnesium oxide on the surface of glass fiber.However,the dispersibility of GF-Mg O in the PSA is poor,which has side effect on the performance of PSA.Graphene is often used to modify acrylate because of its large specific surface area,good thermal and electrical conductivity.In this paper,first,Graphene was modified through acidification and Graphene oxide?GO?was prepared,then it was modified by siloxane to obtain modified Graphene oxide with carbon-carbon double bond on its surface?m GO?.Then m GO-GF-Mg O was prepared by coating GF-Mg O with m GO.The structure of m GO-GF-Mg O was characterized by SEM,XRD and XPS,and it was shown that m GO-GF-Mg O nanocomposites was successfully prepared.Finally,m GO-GF-Mg O,acrylate monomers and assistant were reacted by bulk polymerization,and UV curable acrylate PSA modified by m GO-GF-Mg O nanocomposites?m GO-GF-Mg O-A PSA?was prepared.Effect of the content of m GO-GF-Mg O on the gel content,wettability,adhesive properties and flame retardancy of m GO-GF-Mg O-A PSA was investigated.It was shown that with the increase of the content of m GO-GF-Mg O,the gel content of m GO-GF-Mg O-A PSA increased,while their properties of thermal stability,wettability were improved.When the content of m GO-GF-Mg O is 20wt%,the holding power is 323h,the UL-94 level of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is V-0,and LOI value increases to 22.6%.In this paper,first,nanometer cuprous oxide was supported on the surface of m GO by one-step reduction method,and m GO/Cu2O nanocomposites were prepared.The structure of m GO/Cu2O nanocomposites was characterized by SEM,XRD and UV-vis,it was proved that m GO/Cu2O nanocomposites were successfully prepared.Then,m GO/Cu2O was added into the acrylate and assistant by bulk polymerization method,then UV curable acrylate PSA modified by m GO/Cu2O nanocomposites?m GO/Cu2O-A PSA?was prepared.The experimental results showed that with the increase of m GO/Cu2O content,the gel content,hydrophobicity and thermal stability of m GO/Cu2O-A PSA increased,while the tack decreased,the 180°peel strength increased at the beginning,then decreased.At the same time,m GO/Cu2O-A PSA has excellent electrical conductivity and antibacterial properties.With the content of m GO/Cu2O is20wt%,the holding power is 272h,the conductivity increases to 1.3*10-2 S.cm.Meanwhile,the antibacterial property is greatly improved.
