At present,China's enterprises are facing more diverse and severe challenges.With the accelerated rate of commodity upgrading,the life cycle of commodities is gradually shortened.Enterprises must rely on their own resources to launch a variety of high-value products in time,so as to obtain the recognition of customers and meet the market demand.The contents and forms of these projects are different,but they are consistent with the basic characteristics of the project,so as to gradually expand the scale of enterprise project management.In the process of project management,enterprises often encounter multiple projects running in parallel,which is related to project management.Among them,the project schedule management method is an important part of project management.Whether the project schedule can be controlled reasonably will directly affect the success or failure of the project.In the whole process of multi project management,due to the mutual control of resources and time,it will directly affect the progress of the project.Based on the bottleneck theory and modern management theory,this paper integrates the current situation of project management in l enterprise,further analyzes and explores the progress control problems in multiple project management,and references the relevant thoughts of bottleneck theory to find the methods and ideas to promote the reasonable solution of the problems.First of all,through the analysis and research of bottleneck theory,this paper makes a large number of reading and reference to the relevant materials and literature of project schedule management at home and abroad,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the priority process and evaluation index system of multiple projects in enterprises are constructed.Many projects are identified and identified.The current highest priority level is defined,and the project priority ranking scheme is formed.According to Lab VIEW,the priority evaluation system of multiple projects is designed,and the progress reference decision system of multiple projects is gradually established.Secondly,referring to the basic connotation of bottleneck theory,referring to the relevant theories and assumptions such as the influence of human behavior factors,with the help of key chain technology and scheme,the process of multi project schedule management is defined.By setting buffer zone,defining project priority,strengthening risk monitoring and other measures,the effective decision-making of multi project schedule management is promoted,and the key is found with the help of process comprehensive coefficient The bottleneck process in the chain is improved,so that the whole multi project management schedule can be well optimized.Finally,starting from the practical cases of enterprise project management,the application of multi project schedule and control method is carried out by using bottleneck theory and AHP,which proves that the method in this paper can indeed promote the effective allocation of conflict resources,promote multi project schedule management to achieve optimization objectives,and thus strengthen the ability of enterprise project management,so as to achieve more efficiency Benefit.
