Study On Schedule Optimization And Control Of Beijing T Recycling Water Plant Project

Over the past three decades,China has experienced extensive and rapid economic development,but also brought a variety of pollution problems.In recent years,Beijing has gradually tightened the water quality requirements for sewage discharge.Therefore,it has become extremely urgent to build a sewage treatment plant with higher technical requirements.Due to the construction of sewage treatment plant project involved,site selection,survey and design,the bidding management,contract management and the content of many aspects,such as audit management,involving a lot of units and individuals,such as provincial and municipal governments,supervisor and related departments,design,survey,construction,supervision,etc.,and in the face of the project in the project project owner schedule,quality standards,cost control and other projects,to explore how to ensure that this kind of project construction quality in the plan time to complete solution,so the paper recycled water heaven river project of Beijing as the research target for construction schedule planning and control research.Firstly,it summarizes and analyzes the research results of project management at home and abroad,and draws on the established theoretical basis of project planning,project control,project planning and control,so as to provide theoretical support for the preparation of this paper.Secondly,the preparatory work on the schedule of the construction project of Beijing T renewable water plant was completed.Based on the feasibility analysis of the construction of Beijing T renewable water plant,the project scope was determined,the work breakdown structure was established,and the project task description and work responsibility distribution were completed.Thirdly,it realized the optimization of the project schedule of Beijing T renewable water plant,established the project implementation network diagram,determined the time of each project activity through the mathematical analysis method of activity duration estimation,reasonably arranged the project resource plan,completed the formulation of the project schedule plan,and constructed the responsibility matrix.Fourth,according to the established project schedule,make clear the project implementation preparation and start,complete the project schedule control process and measures,and finally adjust the project schedule.The final goal of the paper is to realize the preparation and control of the project schedule of Beijing T regenerated water plant,so as to ensure the smooth completion of the whole project.
