With the progress of society and the development of economy,the concept of project management has gradually penetrated into every field of every industry.Even our daily life can be planned as a whole by using the tools and methods of project management.With the increasing tension of natural and social resources,the multiproject management model has become the mainstream,and the problem of multiproject resource allocation has become the research focus and difficulty of current project management.It has become more and more urgent to establish an effective method and model of multi-project optimal allocation of resources under the premise of resource constraint and to realize the established goal of the project by implementing multi-project optimal allocation of resources.In this thesis,the optimal allocation of multi-project resources of Lianhetech is taken as the research object.Firstly,relevant researches and achievements of multiproject resources allocation at home and abroad are sorted out and analyzed.Based on this,the research idea of multi-project resource conflict management in fine chemical industry where Lianhetech is located is determined.Secondly,the theoretical foundation of this thesis is laid through the theoretical overview of multi-project management,resource allocation,priority evaluation and key chain management.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the multi-project management and resource allocation of Lianhetech,the enterprise background and work direction of this study are clarified,and the necessity and urgency of this study are shown.Thirdly,according to the construction principle of project evaluation index,this thesis establishes a project priority evaluation index system which includes seven dimensions: corporate strategy,project demand,project risk,financial index,technical condition,organizational value and social benefit.A weight determination model using analytic hierarchy process is established.Through comparative analysis,a multi-project priority evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed.Based on this,the priority evaluation of four project examples of Lianhetech was carried out and priority ranking was completed.Finally,this thesis constructs a multi-project resource allocation model based on priority rating by using the key chain method and in accordance with the multi-project resource allocation process and method,and optimizes the allocation of human resources on the basis of resource constraint analysis of four project instances of Lianhetech.Through the effectiveness analysis,the feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-project resource optimization configuration model established in this thesis for the multi-project management of Lianhetech is further confirmed.The research results provide a reference for the multi-project resource management of the fine chemical industry enterprises.Method and model have certain reference and guiding significance.
