As the main body of coal production,coal mine is not only the producer of energy but also the direct consumer.Mining and utilizing the clean energy derived from the production and consumption process to provide non productive services for the mining area,so as to reduce the direct use of coal is in line with the requirements of actively promoting the low-carbon development of mining areas proposed in the 13th five year plan.Taking the clean heating problem of Liangshuijing coal mine as the object,this paper studies the system technology and economy of the coal mine heating system by using the energy-saving principle of heat pump to recover and reuse the waste heat of exhaust air,waste heat of underground water and other thermal energy resources.This paper classifies all kinds of waste heat resources in Liangshuijing coal mine,and demonstrates the feasibility of recovery and utilization of various waste heat resources through technical and economic analysis.This paper presents a preliminary scheme to solve the problem of heat supply in Liangshuijing mining area by using the direct cooling deep enthalpy heat pump combined with mine water source heat pump technology.Through field investigation and analogy method,the heat load and heat supply capacity of waste heat resources in Liangshuijing mining area are calculated in detail.The thermal users of the heating system are classified and specific waste heat utilization scheme is designed.At the same time,the influence of ventilation equipment in mine ventilation safety,the influence of underground water quality on equipment,the reliability and durability of the scheme are demonstrated.The results show that the wind resistance of the heat exchanger of the exhaust air heat box is 60?80pa,the water quality of the treated underground water is good,the heat source of the mine is stable,the equipment technology is reliable,and the scheme can solve the problem of mine heating.The LCC(life cycle cost)model is established to calculate and analyze the one-time investment estimate and annual operation cost of traditional boiler system and waste heat utilization system,and calculate the annual air pollutant emission reduction.The results show that the life cycle cost of waste heat utilization system is far less than that of traditional boiler system,and the amount of energy saving and emission reduction is large.The long-term economic and environmental benefits of the scheme are obvious.The research results can play a certain theoretical support and a good demonstration role in the promotion and application of coal mine waste heat utilization in the cold area of Northern Shaanxi.
