In order to meet the market's demand for health care textiles,the development of textiles with magnetic health properties has attracted more attention from the textile industry.Currently,most of the magnetic textiles on the market use polypropylene as the matrix,but poly-propylene has poor hygroscopicity,difficult dyeing,poor light resistance,heat and stability,and the fabric made of polypropylene has poor comfort and narrow application fields.There-fore,this topic uses nylon 6 as the matrix to make magnetic textiles.In addition to polyester,nylon has the highest output,nylon has high strength,abrasion resistance,and good resilience.It can be used for various textiles and knitwear by pure spinning and blending.However,so far,it is very rare to use nylon as a matrix to produce magnetic functional textiles,provide a basis for researching high-end apparel fabrics with high added value.In this project,a high-speed mixing and twin-screw extrusion process is used to prepare magnetic masterbatch with a mass fraction of 48% nylon 6 slices,50% magnetic powder and 2% polyethylene glycol.Then adopt the FDY process route,melt spinning the magnetic masterbatch and the blank nylon 6 slice at a certain ratio to prepare magnetic fibers with magnetic powder content of 0%,15%,20% and 25%.In addition,the molecular structure,crystalline structure,morphological structure and various properties of nylon-based magnetic fibers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,X-ray energy spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry and strength.The results show that: the ferrite magnetic powder is evenly dispersed in the nylon-based magnetic fiber;the content of the magnetic powder has little effect on the melting point of the fiber;with the increase of the magnetic powder content,the breaking strength of the nylon-based magnetic fiber gradually decreases.but even if the magnetic powder content is 25%,the strength of the fiber is still 2.50 cN/dtex,which can meet the weaving requirements.Then,the weft knitting machine is used to prepare the magnetic fibers into three types of magnetic fabrics,and the NS-type magnetization method is used to magnetize the twelve kinds of fabrics.Then the magnetic fabric was tested and analyzed.The results showed that the magnetic induction strength of the prepared nylon-based magnetic fabric increased with the increase of the magnetic powder content,and its magnetic induction strength was between 0.02 and 0.1 mT,which belongs to weak magnetic Textile category.The surface magnetic in-duction intensity of nylon-based magnetic fabrics showed a certain downward trend with the increase of washing times,but the decrease of magnetic induction intensity was not significant.Whether the amount of magnetic powder is added has a certain effect on the UV protection performance of the fabric;the magnetic fabric has a certain UV protection performance,but the size of the magnetic powder content has a weak regularity on the UV protection perfor-mance of the fabric.Finally,the blood flow changes of the subjects wearing magnetic collars and non-magnetic collars were measured.And designed a magnetic health socks questionnaire,statistical and analysis of the questionnaire results.The results showed that compared to wearing a nonmagnetic collar,wearing a magnetic collar in a sit-down state,the blood flow,maximum blood flow,blood flow rate As well as body surface temperature increase,the blood flow increase rate at the test point in the head clip muscle is 3.82%,the maximum blood flow increase rate is 7.98%,the blood flow velocity increase rate is 6.21%,and the body surface at the midpoint of the head clip muscle The temperature increased by 1.32°C.The blood flow increase rate at the test point under the scalp muscle was 4.18%,the maximum blood flow in-crease rate was 2.60%,the blood flow velocity increase rate was 7.35%,and the body surface temperature under the scalp muscle increased by 1.14°C.Magnetic socks have certain health effects,but their significance needs to be increased.Health socks have a good improvement effect on 8 symptoms such as foot moss,and the effectiveness is more than 75%.
