Research On Influence Of Job Security And Unsafe Behavior Of Construction Workers

The scale of development in my country's construction sector is constantly expanding,and the construction industry has become an important area of my country's national economic development.However,in recent years,while the economic development of my country's construction sector has occurred frequently,production accidents have occurred frequently,and the number of accidents and deaths have increased over the same period.A large number of scholars have shown that 88% of accidents are caused by unsafe behavior.And people's unsafe behavior is caused by psychological factors in some extent,because the construction is still in bad working environment and the high strength work,severe contrast,construction workers work and life and job security in the person's mental health and interpersonal communication plays an important role,insecure people will adapt to the society because of their cognitive deviation of subjective and objective conditions.Whether the decrease of job security will have an impact on the unsafe behavior of construction workers and stimulate the safe production of enterprises.At present,there are few researches on job security and unsafe behavior of construction workers at home and abroad.The relationship between job security and unsafe behavior is sorted out,and countermeasures for unsafe behavior are proposed from the perspective of job security.Through analysis and research on the influencing factors of job safety,based on the relevant theories of trust theory,fairness theory,accident cause theory,etc.,three dimensions of job safety(including organizational management,social trust and job cognition)are extracted.Relevant assumptions are put forward to establish a conceptual model of construction workers' sense of safety and unsafe behavior.The repeated questionnaire survey method is adopted,and the pre-survey is to carry out reliability andexploratory factor analysis on the recovered data to form a formal scale.The formal scale uses reliability analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,single-factor analysis of variance,and correlation analysis to verify the relationship between model variables.Finally,build a model of the relationship between construction workers' sense of safety and unsafe behavior,and analyze the path of the model,and according to the path deduction,put forward measures to intervene in the occurrence of unsafe behavior.Research results show that the construction workers of job security factor mainly includes the organization and management,performance appraisal,salary,benefits,institutional guarantee,organizational communication,safety culture and safety education and training),social trust(government regulation,media communication,family support,community atmosphere),cognitive(task strength,work environment,job matching degree and work skills)to study the influence of unsafe behavior.Organizational management(0.286),social trust(0.227),job cognition(0.479)and job security of construction workers were significantly positively correlated.Among them,job cognition has the most positive effect on job security.Organizational management(-0.214),social trust(-0.194)and job cognition(-0.237)had significant negative correlation with unsafe behaviors of construction workers.Among them,the biggest impact on unsafe behavior is the cognitive ability of work.Job security of construction workers(-0.274)was negatively correlated with unsafe behaviors.In this paper,through the above conclusion,set up a media supervision mechanism,strengthen the government's regulation,to establish and perfect rules and regulations of enterprise,the rationality of the security system,the security staff salary,benefits and performance appraisal,motivate employees realize self-worth in the homework,pay attention to safety education training,cognitive ability improve,through the perspective of job security unsafe behavior intervention,improve the construction enterprise security management capabilities.
