| With the development of industry,the market demand for bar and tube materials is increasing,which leads to the market demand for sawing and chamfering machine tools for bar and tube processing.At present,the cutting and chamfering of bar and tube materials are carried out separately,and more operators are needed,and the site occupied by the machine tool is also large.For this reason,this paper plans to design a sawing and chamfering combination unit,which combines sawing and chamfering processes together.Only one set of control system is used to control the unit,so as to reduce the operator,reduce the floor area of the machine tool,reduce the total manufacturing cost of the machine tool,and improve the production efficiency and economic efficiency.First of all,this paper puts forward five design schemes of saw chamfering unit,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes.Then,the sawing machine is designed from the angle of sawing time and force,and the force and energy parameters of sawing process are simulated and analyzed with the software of DOFORM-3D.Finally,the chamfering process is analyzed and its force and energy parameters are simulated.In the analysis of the sawing process,firstly,the calculation formulas of the clean sawing stroke and the sawing speed are derived,then the calculation formulas of the clean sawing time are derived,finally,the appropriate sawing height is found by combining the size of the sawing force.In the simulation analysis of the sawing process,the influence of different workpiece models on the simulation results is studied,and a mesh generation method is proposed.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the rationality of the results is verified,and the force and energy parameters of the sawing process and the power of the saw shaft motor are obtained.Through the simulation of chamfering process,the force parameters,workpiece temperature field and motor power are obtained,and the rationality of the simulation results is verified.By analyzing the tool load and workpiece temperature,the approximate frequency of the load is obtained.This research can provide a theoretical reference for the development of a new type of saw chamfering unit. |
