Research On Technical Reform Of Desulfurization And Denitrification Process Of Coke Oven Flue Gas In A Coking Plant

Coke oven flue gas is one of the industrial waste gases in coking plant,which has high concentration of SO₂,NOx and particles.The flue gas needs to be desulfurized and denitrified treated before discharging,in order to improve the air quality and living environment.An integrated system for desulfurization and denitrification was studied.Denitration via an efficient selectivecatalytic reduction?SCR?technology and desulfurization through an ammonia process were proposed according to the practical production situation and the characteristics of multiple methods.Firstly,the research was mainly described the reaction principle,technological process and equipment type.Meanwhile,the optimization solution was obtained based on the factor analysis of operation stability of equipment.Then,other parts,such as auxiliary system,running cost,environmental protection,health and safety,have been suggested with overall consideration of all factors.Finally,the running results of fume treatment systems was compared and analyzed between the former and the latter of the improvement.The results show that the emission concentration of SO₂,NOx and particulate matter conformed to the latest version of national standard GB16171-2012 after the improvement.During the actual operation,main equipment was running normally,and the consumption of some auxiliary materials and energy consumption was lower than design.The annual emission reductions of SO₂,NOx and dust were 455.33 t,2997.39 t and 24.13 t,corresponding to the emission reduction rates were 92.75%,93.15% and 60.84%,respectively.Besides,?NH₄?₂SO₄ as the by-products were obtained from the desulfurization process,which can created direct financial interest and realized the goal of no solid-waste disposal.The improvement was successful and able to pay the same experience for other plants in terms of the emission concentration and reductions.Figure 7;Table 29;Reference 46...
