When the shearer spiral drum cuts the gangue coal and rock,the load fluctuates sharply,and the drum wears seriously.Combining Archard wear theory and coal and rock cutting theory,use Pro/E software and EDEM software to establish the cutting part and coal wall models with different hardness of gangue respectively,and simulate the wear position and degree of wear on the drum pick and spiral blade Perform quantitative analysis.The single factor analysis method is used to analyze the influence of shearer kinematic parameters,drum structure parameters and coal rock firmness coefficient on the load and wear of picks and spiral blades.The results show that: the picks wear more severely at the tooth tip and shoulder;the spiral blades wear severely at the tail end and outer edge near the root of the pick;as the drum speed increases,the wear of the picks and blades decreases.Trend: When the blade helix angle increases from 10° to 18°,the wear volume of the spiral blade shows a downward trend.The wear volume of the picks shows an upward trend when the lift angle is less than 14°,and the blade helix angle is greater than 14°.However,the change of the helix angle has little effect on the wear of the picks and blades;when the shearer traction speed,the cutting depth of the drum,and the coal rock solidity coefficient increase,the wear of the picks and blades will increase,and The increase in the depth of the drum will result in a decrease in the coal loading rate of the shearer.Based on the orthogonal experiment method,the best parameter combination of shearer traction speed,drum rotation speed,drum cutting depth,blade helix angle and coal rock solidity coefficient that minimize the wear of pick and blade is determined.Based on the two-way coupling simulation of coal wall and spiral drum based on EDEM and ADAMS software,the influence of drum wear and coal rock firmness coefficient,shearer kinematic parameters,drum cut-off depth and blade helix angle on drum wear is studied.Compared with the EDEM single software simulation,the average load of the drum under the coupled simulation increased by 9.39% and the degree of load fluctuation increased significantly;the wear of the pick and the spiral blade increased by 11.25% and 10.69% compared with the simulation results of the EDEM single software.Obtaining the vibration acceleration and angular acceleration of the drum in ADAMS and analyzing the response in the time domain and frequency domain show that the vibration of the drum cutting coal and rock will aggravate the wear of the drum,which provides a new way to study the problem of drum wear.There are 65 figures in this paper,31 tables and 71 references.
