Spiral drum is the working mechanism of the shearer,its performance has an important influence on the working efficiency and reliability of the shearer.Coal flour dust pollution is serious,helical drum in the spray system to solve the dust pollution problem plays a crucial role,so the design of spiral drum has good cutting cutting performance and the effect of spray is very important.The spiral drum pick arrangement mode and nozzle arrangement were studied,and spiral cutting drum of shearer aided design software based on,preparation of the nozzle arrangement position calculation program,increased knife type cutting tooth design program,end of the disc cutter axial angle and blade helix angle calculation program.And MG2*70/325-BWD type coal winning machine design based on the optimal performance of the spiral drum,and the position coordinate of the cutter and the nozzle.Using PRO/E and GAMBIT to establish the finite element model of the coal mining face,and the grid division.Through the fluent is used to simulate the spray system outflow field simulation analysis,analysis of spray pressure,nozzle diameter,diffusion angle and spray the incident angle of spiral roller spray particle diameter,velocity and concentration effects.The results show that spray pressure is 5MPa,nozzle diameter is 1.5mm,diffusion angle is 60 degrees and spray in the incident angle for 15 degrees spray effect is the best.Using MATLAB and excel have jointly developed a software that is used to spiral cutting drum of shearer aided design and based on fluent fluid simulation software,design a cross-sectional cut optimal performance and spray effect best shearer spiral drum,and shorten the design cycle,save the design cost,finally provides a new idea and method to shearer spiral roll tube design.
