There are many stations in the gathering and transportation pipeline,its distribution is long,and its distribution area is wide.There are some environmental sensitive areas and high-effect areas in its route area.Affected by factors such as corrosiveness of the pipeline and third-party damage,it is prone to leakage,which causes environmental problems such as water source and soil pollution,which poses a threat to the lives and property of residents along the line and brings adverse social impact.With the promulgation and implementation of the "Safe Production Law" and the "Environmental Protection Law",the state's requirements for pipeline safety and environmental protection have been continuously improved,so the problem of pipeline leakage has also become a research focus.At present,there are many researches on the influence of external environmental parameters on crude oil leakage.In order to improve the research on the influencing factors of such accidents,it is necessary to study the distribution law of leakage flow field and the law of crude oil diffusion outside the pipeline under different transport parameters to predict leakage more accurately.In this paper,the theoretical and numerical simulations of the leakage flow field in the crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline are carried out.The model of the gathering pipeline leakage was established by using Solid Works software.The grid was divided by ICEM CFD software,and the model was calculated by Ansys Fluent 18.0.The k-? model is used to simulate and analyze the leakage flow field inside the gathering pipeline,so that the distribution law of the leakage flow field in the pipeline is studied for the transport temperature,the location of the leakage hole,the transport pressure,the diameter of the pipeline and the leakage aperture.The simulation results show that the transport parameters have little effect on the leakage pore pressure,which mainly affects the leakage velocity.The leakage hole position,transport temperature and pipe diameter have little influence on the leakage velocity,and the transport pressure and leakage aperture have a great influence on it.The greater the transport pressure,the higher the leakage velocity,which is nonlinearly correlated;the larger the leakage aperture,the higher the leakage velocity,which is linearly correlated.Then this paper studies the leakage and diffusion law of crude oil gathering and transportation pipelines.The leakage diffusion model of the gathering pipeline in the soil was established.The VOF model was used to simulate the leakage and diffusion process of crude oil in the soil,and the leakage and diffusion law of the crude oil outside the pipeline was obtained.The simulation results show that the leakage velocity,has no significant effect on the diffusion path of crude oil in the soil,and only affects the diffusion rate of crude oil.In this paper,the study of the different transport parameters of the gathering pipeline on the leakage of crude oil can provide guidance for the subsequent treatment of the accident to reduce accident losses.
