At present,China's petroleum and petrochemical enterprises are in a stage of rapid development,and the number and scale of liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tanks are continuously expanding.Liquefied hydrocarbons have a Class A fire hazard.Once a leak occurs,it is easy to cause serious accidents such as fire and explosion,causing a large number of casualties and property losses,which has a great impact on the survival and development of the company.Based on the research on the physicochemical properties and gas diffusion theory of liquefied hydrocarbons,this paper analyzes the causes and forms of leakage of liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tanks with a liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tank in a petrochemical park.The scenario of the spill in the tank area was designed in 12 scenarios.The Fluent software was used to simulate the variation of liquefied hydrocarbon gas cloud concentration with time and space under different wind direction,wind speed and temperature.The spacetime diffusion law of flammable gas after the occurrence of leakage emergent was analyzed,and the theory of “wind speed threshold” was proposed.The emergency prediction “critical point” is a rapid prediction calculation formula for six emergency time windows in different windless temperatures and different wind speeds at the same temperature.The correlation is above 0.9.At the same time,based on the analysis of the emergency demand characteristics of emergencies,The case-based reasoning technique and the analytic hierarchy process are used to construct the emergency demand forecasting model.On this basis,the liquefied hydrocarbon leakage accident in the target industrial park is taken as the target case,and the contingency plan is optimized.The demand for emergency materials was predicted.Finally,the liquefied hydrocarbon leakage simulation technology and emergency material demand forecasting technology were integrated into the emergency response command platform of the target petrochemical park.The relevant research work has important theoretical value and practice.significance.
