The Study On The Behavior Of Garbage Classification Of Beijing Community Residents

From 2014 to 2018,the amount of municipal solid waste in Beijing has been increasing.After 2017,the annual output of municipal solid waste in Beijing has reached 9 million tons.In the past 20 years,Beijing has taken a variety of measures to alleviate the plight of garbage siege.On the one hand,invest a lot of money to improve the waste treatment equipment;on the other hand,actively carry out waste classification management.Under the background of government policy guidance and support,this paper takes Beijing community residents as the research object,trying to explore the potential factors affecting their garbage classification behavior,and provide targeted suggestions for the operation optimization of the enterprises of waste classification industry chain.The first is to collect and sort out the literature,analyze the existing domestic and foreign research on domestic waste classification of community residents,summarize their garbage classification behavior characteristics and behavior patterns,and establish a theoretical model of garbage classification behavior based on the theory of planned behavior;the second is to formulate and issue questionnaires to obtain and analyze the relevant research data of Beijing community residents' garbage classification behavior;the third is to adopt the conclusion Construct equation model to quantitatively analyze the relationship among potential variables,garbage classification behavior and residents' related attributes,and the mutual influence among different variables;fourth,use the research conclusions to put forward various suggestions on enterprise operation optimization of the enterprises of waste classification industry chain.The results show that: firstly,the garbage classification behavior of Beijing community residents is different due to different types of garbage.Among them,the classification behavior of community residents' recyclable waste is the best,followed by kitchen waste classification behavior,and then hazardous waste classification behavior.Finally,the other garbage classification behavior is generally at a lower level.Second,through independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA,it is found that individual differences(age,education level,marital status and willingness to take the initiative to undertake housework)have a significant impact on the garbage classification behavior of Beijing community residents.Secondly,gender and the number of family members have a significant impact on the garbage classification behavior of some categories.Thirdly,through the analysis of the questionnaire data by structural equation model,it is found that Beijing community residents' willingness and behavior control of garbage classification behavior have a positive effect on the implementation of waste classification behavior,and the three aspects of Beijing community residents' attitude towards garbage classification,subjective norms and behavior control have a significant positive impact on the garbage classification behavior intention.On this basis,the paper puts forward the following suggestions for the operation optimization of the enterprises of waste classification industry chain: first,taking advantage of the influence of garbage classification behavior attitude,the front-end garbage classification service industry should grasp the key points of publicity service,and should pay attention to improving the residents' pleasant psychology of implementing garbage classification behavior.The second is to make use of the influence of subjective norms of garbage classification behavior.The service work of garbage classification management can take the community family as the breakthrough point to create a small-scale positive situation;relevant enterprises can create a social garbage classification atmosphere by improving the design of garbage classification related products;and cooperate with local law enforcement departments to control the improper garbage classification behavior.The third is to use the influence of waste classification behavior control to meet the diversified needs of waste classification collection and storage infrastructure;to accurately divide the key areas of waste recycling;to reasonably arrange the transportation time of garbage collection to achieve efficient waste recovery.
