Research On Application Of Grid Management In Disaster Prevention And Control

Disaster prevention and mitigation will be a long-term and arduous task as disaster problems become more profound and globalized today.Since modern times,Guye District of Tangshan City has been a region with frequent disasters,and the common disasters are mainly earthquake,urban waterlogging,fire,collapse and all kinds of accidents.Grid management is a new model of social management that divides urban communities into grids and provides comprehensive and quality services to residents through information technology.Although the research on grid management in China has developed rapidly in recent years,it is still in its infancy and still has some shortcomings.Based on the theory of grid management related researches and disaster prevention and control from domestic and overseas,this paper analyzes the problems existing in grid management and disaster prevention and control in Guye District of Tangshan City,discusses the feasibility of combining disaster prevention and control with grid management,explores the grid management system of disaster prevention and control.Finally,through the disaster risk evaluation model,using AHP and questionnaire survey method,the disaster risk evaluation system of Guye District is constructed,and five representative communities(villages)are selected from Guye District for evaluation and analysis.Through specialized research,we should formulate practical plans from the point of view of disaster prevention and control,perfect the grid management system,raise residents' awareness of prevention before the disaster occurs,and achieve group survey and prevention in the early stages;determine the location and situation as soon as the disaster occurs,and deal with it,so as to minimize personnel injury and property loss.To enhance the feasibility of disaster prevention and control in Guye District,it has certain theoretical and practical value for community safety construction.Figure23;Table20;Reference 48...
