Metallurgy is a heavy industry with high energy consumption and high pollution.The metallurgical process has the characteristics of high thermal energy loss and low utilization rate,and has great potential for energy conservation.At the same time,facing the severe situation of the pressure of resources,energy and environment,it is particularly necessary to study the optimization and energy saving technology of process industry and form the overall solution of the energy saving and emission reduction of the process industry.Therefore,based on the principle of the energy cascade utilization and the analytical method,the paper carried out a series of studies on the content of the whole metallurgical process from the typical full process process of metallurgical industry,and got the corresponding change rules.First,based on the investigation of node Association and process energy consumption in metallurgical process,the characteristics of energy consumption and related process coupling in the key process of gold process are established,and the whole process industrial coupling node association model is constructed,and the idea of "temperature matching,cascade utilization and whole domain coupling" is put forward for the first time.Secondly,it is put forward.The whole process thermal coupling energy saving technology based on the energy cascade utilization and minimum loss is constructed,and the whole process industrial coupling energy saving mathematical model is constructed.Finally,based on the visual programming of C++ Builder,the thermal energy heat,and calculates the heat balance and balance calculation of the waste heat utilization process,and then analyzes the thermal efficiency and efficiency of the thermal process,thus finding the best energy saving scheme for the optimal allocation of waste heat resources.The results show that the heat efficiency of the waste heat boiler of the vertical cooling furnace is 61.8% and the efficiency is 50.8%.The heat efficiency and the efficiency are increased by 7.8% and 6.3%,respectively,compared with the traditional regenerated heat recovery technology of the traditional sinter hot ring refrigerator.The value of the economic index is 32.05%,the efficiency is 16.08%,the energy saving rate is 25.96%,and the recovery of the sintering flue gas is 339 thousand yuan per year.The results show that the thermal efficiency of the waste heat boiler in the dry quenching furnace is 64.7% and the efficiency is 60.8%.Compared with the wet quenching technology,the energy saving effect of dry quenching is better than that of the wet quenching technology,and the best heat efficiency index value is 33.8,and the thermal efficiency is 33.8 respectively.6%,the efficiency is 20.6%,the energy saving rate is 29.6%,and the recovery value of coke oven gas is 275 thousand yuan / year.The results show that the heat efficiency of the waste heat recovery of blast furnace slag is higher than that of wet waste heat recovery when the heat exchange area is fixed,and the efficiency of dry process is lower than that of wet waste heat recovery.The thermal economic index of preheating combustion gas is 44.3%,the efficiency is 26.4%,the energy saving rate is 37.1%,and the recovery of the flue gas from the hot air furnace is 296 thousand and 300 yuan per year.This research has been supported by the
